  • Mic damaged and bad battery

    Like most people I would rather buy new if I could but who wants to pay double if you don’t have to? So I figured how bad can this iPhone be? My iPhone 7 still works great so this 13 should work great also. I was wrong. The mic on the phone was damaged when they put it back together (refurbished) so no one could hear me speak. The battery which I assumed was new also could not keep a charge for long. Had to return it and paid around two hundred dollars more for a 14 that was new in the box. Works perfect as a new phone should. Probably would have put up with the battery not being great but not the mic being damaged. Renders the phone useless.

    Would not turn on and was returned afterwich we were accised of switching phones. Will not buy anything which is fulfilled by wireless source!!!!!
