This is my third one, even with the new technology with the i-phone and being able to listen to my music on there I still go back to my I-pod. For exercising it is much easier to use and I am not distracted by the phone or text messages!!!

I use this device when I jog or running on the treadmill,it has the ability to record the distance I have ran and also I used it to play the music in my car

This product is amazing, indefinitely recommend it for anyone and the price is perfect! It has Bluetooth, a radio, holds pictures and videos, music, and it's a touch screen. The battery life is great and it's easy to store anywhere because it's so tiny!

I wanted an Ipod that was small enough to stick in my pocket. As my older Ipod touch broke, I decided to go small and give the Nano a shot. Price was right, color was right, and size was perfect. The pedometer and radio were icing on the cake. Make sure to get a QUALITY CASE, as accidents do happen. :)

I didn't want to always use my phone to listen to music,so this was the perfect choice! I don't need everything the iPod touch has to offer and the shuffle didn't have the features I wanted. The nano has plenty of storage and I like the size of it,too. The fact that is has Bluetooth is great,too. I purchased a JBL Flip Bluetooth speaker online and I'm looking forward to receiving it in the mail so I can pair my nano to it, I also bought a roo case with an attached clip so I can have it on me when I walk,etc. I have an iPhone 4S an ipad 2 and I've had to other iPods. I've always been quite pleased with all of my apple purchases!!

I am 100% satisfied with this product and is overall features and functions. I upgraded to the 7th gen ipod from the 1st gen which still works perfectly fine but as I am an avid mountain biker and I just got the jaybird wireless earbuds (from Best Buy also) that use Bluetooth it was time to upgrade to a model that had that feature. I am pleased with the battery life and ease of use when pairing via Bluetooth with my earbuds, in my truck and also when using a portable Bluetooth speaker. I also use this heavily at work for both mp3 and radio play and I am very pleased with it in terms of those features and their functionality as well. Great product overall!

I have one myself and bought one as a gift for my sister. It is small, easy to use, and holds a lot of music that can be taken where ever you go. It has the added feature of a radio which can provide news, weather, in addition to other music. Beside ear phone use, it can be used in automobiles which eliminates carrying audio CDs. For a few additional dollars a blue tooth wireless speaker can be purchased to share music at parties, the beach, etc.

I've owned 5 of the 6 generations of Applie iPod nanos. Each was better than the previous on some level (storage, video capability, etc.) I was using the 5th generation nano (the small square touchscreen version) for the gym. It was great and I liked the clip, but it was almost too small. I frequently flip between playlists and I felt it was too small to do that a lot. And if I had it connected in my car, it was too distracting to use while driving. The new 6th gen nano is a great size and fits well in my hand for 1-handed operation at the gym or the car. I also like the addition of bluetooth, a feature I've wanted for a while, so I could "cut the cord" on my headphones at the gym. (How many times have you snagged the cord and sent your iPod flying?) The built in radio tuner allows me to listen to the TV at the gym via their FM radio transmitters on each of the TVs. Plus, since there's a nice resale market for old iPods, I sold my 5th gen and covered a lot of the cost of this new one! Overall very happy and really enjoying the upgrade!

Good Sound quality, enough storage, compact & looks classy. The only issue which I faced was in synching the music as I had to install iTunes to specifically synch music. Also faced issue in giving the iPod synch library a different name as it was picking up the name from the Laptop. The reason behind giving 5* rating is the mentioned qualities in the first line which makes it far better than my previous MP3 Player.

I got this nano to replace my old one - specifically for the blue tooth feature, and I LOVE it! The menus are easy to read and navigate, and the blue tooth eliminates the need for earbud cords, which tend to get caught on everything in sight. The sound quality is outstanding, and I love the fact that I can go back in 30 second increments if I miss something. I use it primarily for audiobooks, and it's great!

This nano is a perfect size. The music sounds so clear and it's easy to load songs. To operate it is so easy. Finding my way around using it was a breeze. I didn't even have to ask my kids to help me! Wish I bought this long ago!

Dear Old Generation 4 Nano Ipod. I truely was sad when I lost you. It took me a couple months to realize I may not find you again and had to buy a new one. It took me a while to realize the new version had changed shape so much but I like that it is smaller and lighter but with still a good size screen. I had no idea how much more space I would have, even for the lower end memory of 16GB compared to you, my old version Ipod. I use to have to pick and choose songs and just make play lists to input into you but now I have my play lists and my entire ITunes library and 2 long movies. Sound is as good as always and found the new version of ear plugs more comfortable than before and I will use them. I find the ease of turning it on and off much easier as well as controlling the volume compaired to you, my old Ipod. while I will miss you my old dear Ipod that I had for so many years, your replacement will keep me walking and jogging with a song in my ear and a skip in my step. RIP old Ipod.

was pleasantly surprised by the sound quality; love the the small,thin size; compatability,storage & color selection all great features.Had a little trouble downloading from PC library-but not too bad

I love the colors it gives you more options to make it unique to you without having to buy a cover or case I bought it primarily for listening while working out.the size is small enough I can take it anywhere and zip in a pocket when not in use. works great easy to maneuver. Im very happy with the purchase and I got a good sale price.

Is smaller better? In this case and my opinion yes it is! I have been using the new Ipod nano and I have been in love with it. As a person who walks a ton and runs frequently I have gone everywhere with my Ipod Nano. If you do not like a lot of clutter in your pockets its perfect because of its small size. I would not recommend this to watch movies or shows on, the screen is small. But the screen is crystal clear and bright. The touch feature is responsive and crushes any smaller mp3 player. Using it while you run with Nike+ is a complete win. It will track your progress and all that fun stuff. Not into running? No problem if you go for walks it tracks your steps, distance, and calories burned. With that said the 16gb size is awesome for people who have larger musical tastes and selections. Overall if you are looking for a mp3 companion to accompany you while running or walking. This would be perfect for you.

I bought this unit for my five year old daughter. She loves it and the fact that it holds 4000 songs and is blue tooth means she can connect it to her Bose speaker and do her twirls (dance) for hours on end. Works great, easy to use. After the download from Itunes she is able to take control and make it her own.

I bought the iPod nano for my girlfriend because she wanted to listen to music while she worked out. I own an older iPod Shuffle, which I love to use while working out because of the extremely small size. However, she wanted a screen to make song choice easy. So, I got the Nano for her. Again, Apple made this a quality product. The touch screen conrtols are very responsive and the menus are easy to navigate. I like the fact that it has both a radio function and a pedometer function. That makes it great for running or walking. It feels sturdy and solid compared to other brands that use cheaper plastic. I do feel the price is too high for the about of storage you get, but...you are paying for the Apple name and reputation. It's worth it for the quality of the product. My 5th generation Nano is still going strong! I expect this one to last my girlfriend quite a long time as well.

The Shuffle was my first Ipod. I like it, and it served it's purpose. The Nano is perfect for me. I wasn't sure about ordering yellow. I love it. It's a yellow gold. I wanted something with bluetooth capability when riding my motorcycle to sync with my communication system on my helmet. Sound is clear and works great. No need to use up minutes on my phone with Pandora. I love the pedometer. Just wish I had a clip on the Nano like my Shuffle so I would not have to dig it out of my pocket each time i want to check my distance when walking or change settings. I haven't checked it out yet but I wouldn't be surprised if there's not something out there that would serve that purpose. I haven't had a chance to explore the other features yet, but so far I'm loving my Nano.

This is my first iPod, I needed some help setting it up but after that I have no complaints. I use it for music and audio books and the sound quality is really good. The battery life is good also, I use it in work and I work 10 hour days. It lasts all day! I also like the fact that it has a radio!
