Perfect adapter for older apple accessories. We used this for connecting a Glooko meter cable to iPhone 5.

This is just what I needed. And, I feel comfortable buying the real thing knowing that it will work.

My wife finally gave up on her iPhone 4 and "upgraded" to a 5c. Unfortunately, the iPhone integration in her 2011 Santa Fe would no longer work. She couldn't play music and the phone wouldn't charge. We tried several cables and adapters, but she kept getting the same error message on her stereo. After reading some of the reviews online, I decided to try the Apple connector. Everything works normally now. Apparently, whereas other cables are simply passive adapters, the Apple cable has some active circuitry to make things work. I bought the version with the short cable because I have had past experience with short, rigid adapters breaking off in the connector.

Needed this to allow my iphone to work with my car stereo system. It allows use without removing the protective cover.

Cord is short but just what I needed would have given it 5 stars, but it is pricey. I guess that is because it is apple.

Made it much easier to use my newer iPhone without having to change the cord in back of my radio.

This is about what you expect from an apple branded cable. Works well, but costs a bit more than the off-brand stuff.

I love the Hue wireless lighting system! It took some getting used to, but it's well worth it!!

Adapter works well with Bose and iHome docking stations including music and charging capabilities.

Cable needs to be 2-3 inches longer! The weight of the phone keeps pulling the cable loose from the docking station!

This product works as expected. It's overpriced, but you can probably price match from elsewhere.
