I love this adapter because no matter where you go, you can take it with you. It's been super helpful when a lot of your friends and family have iPhones but 2 different versions.

good product as expected from Apple . Saves you from replacing your boss docking station when you upgrade to iPhone 6 . Cord could stand to be 3 or 4 inches longer . Other than that great product .

Just a simple cellphone cable, the factory apple cables always outlast other brands, unfortunately, these do still start to pull apart. But if your carful you'll get 1-3 years of trouble free use.

This was a great choice for me over the other 30pin adapter because I can use my iPhone to my Bose sound dock and other docks without having to remove my phone from its case.

Apple charges too much for their products. This adapter cord is priced twice what it should be. Unfortunately, there are no generic equivalents.

The 30-pin adapter seemed like a great idea because I ended up getting an iPhone 6 Plus only 1 month after purchasing a new charger for my old iPhone 4. This seemed like a great idea until I realized the new lightning 8-pin connector was too large to fit in my new Lifeproof case for the iPhone 6 Plus. For some reason the iPhone Lightening 8-pin connector piece is larger on the adaptor then on the typical charging cord. I am sure this product is great for those who use a case the connector piece will fit through (or for those that do not use a case), but not for me.

I use this to connect my phone to my car stereo. The longer connector lets me plug it into my phone with a case on. I couldn't do that with my old 30 pin to Lightening cable.

I had a 10' extension chord for my old iPad, but it would not connect with my new iPad mini. This adaptor solved the problem and I could use the longer charge chord again.

This item works perfect. No problems. Compared to others, this one is a better price and it does works perfect. Better than going to the dealer and getting overcharged.

I had 30 pin alarm clocks and speaker docks that had nothing wrong with them but upgraded the iPhone. This cable works with cases and let's me use the old docks. Wonderful!

I had the photography kit (SD and USB of cameras) from my iPad 2 with the 30-pin connector. I was able to use them with my iPad Air with the new lightning connector.

I have an old Cable connected to my truck as I don't have an Aux component in the front. This fits perfectly with my new iPhone & I don't need to remove my phone case.

i got this plug so i could us my new iphone 6 with the stereo deck in my truck because it uses the old apple plug. it works great you can play audio and control the phone.

It works great as an adapter for my old Phillips iPod boom box. My only improvement I would make is to make the chord a few inches longer. Other than that its awesome..

I would recommend this piece of hardware for converting iPhone 5 chargers etc. to iPhone six it is an excellent piece of hardware and we use it exclusively every day

We needed a new cable an even though this was a short cable it did its job, especially for an older unit I bought but now we can still use it because of this product

The only down side is that it is rather bulky. There is a shorter version with no cable available but it won't work with most cases. A six inch cable is not necessary. One inch would do.

Overall I am happy with the product. I think it is a little pricey for what you get but I can plug my phone into my car again since my make of car has not come out with a lightning adapter.

Needed to convert an iPod 30 pin to a lightening connector. Connections worked, but unfortunately didn't adapt to the stereo correctly. Still a good quality item.
