This is not a review for the Mini, it's for Best Buy junk service. If you have Best Buy deliver your item it's an absolute nightmare. Waited ALL day for the delivery and the never showed up. I spent over 2 hours on the phone and they lied and lied to me. I tried to cancel the order as I had to go directly to Apple to get the Mini and Best Buy hung up on me when I tried to process the cancellation (2 times). Best Buy has the worst delivery and rude customer service!

This little jewel (Mac Mini M4) is awesome. I use it at my studio while teaching students music, doing administrative duties and so on. I have it running a large monitor. My only negative is that it has no internal mic, so I purchased a small USB-C mic that does the job. I have yet to hear a fan and the unit is cold to the touch. I did purchase the model with 24G of Ram and 512G of storage. I am very happy with this purchase.
