I already had the other components from my pc but when the hard drive went I decided to switch to mac. The mac mini is a nice alternative if you already have a monitor, keyboard, speakers and mouse!

Mac Mini is a good solid computer, we bought the bare bones version so its not as fast as my Macbook Air but lots of memory and same Apple reliabilty.

This is a great Mac Mini, but it does come with limits. This model does not have upgradable memory, and as I see it, it has the lowest amount of RAM that you should run in a Mac with Mac OS X 10.10. One solution is to run it with an external SSD as the boot drive as this speeds up the Memory swap space to speed up the computer if you use more than the included ram. You could also swap out the internal drive with a faster SSD, but that would void the warranty as this model does not have any user upgradable parts inside, and Apple voids the warranty if you open it.

if you're looking for a small footprint computer to hook up to your tv. This is it. Easy to use and look great with my system. Highly recommended

I wish there were more gigs to the iMac Mini for the price. And, mostly it should include all the cords needed instead of being sold separately.

The Apple Mini Mac is exactly what it is called.This product is small slender and powerful. I f you don't like the clutter of wires and big computer towers this mini computer is for you.

I purchased 4 of these for a client of mine to setup in their office. Enjoyed them so much I purchased one for my sister for Christmas. Great small form factor for a nicely powered machine.

After DIY upgraded to 8 GB Ram and SSD, this little monster allow me to run both Mac OS and Windows simultaneously without any hiccup.

Can be used as a music instrument rig! Works great with Mainstage 3 and Garage Band. Uses bluetooth to connect speakers. On Yosemite, Quicktime offers video, screen and audio capture. IOS 8 allows Iphone 6 to capture video on your OSX.

I am a huge mac advocate. I have owned a couple and had excellent experience with them as they are very reliable machines. This particular mac mini is a great entry point to Mac.
