Ok...for an Apple

Bad Experience unlike previous Apple Experiences

I have gone threw many iPhones (since iPhone 4), 2 laptops, iMac home computer, watch, AirPods, iPad and even an iPod back in the day. Something unusual to my experiences happened with this one. Within one month, it turned off and completely stopped working. So badly that both Apple Genius Bar and Best Buy Geek Squad said they had to send it out for at least 2 weeks to figure it out. Remind you, I have only had it for a month. I don’t hold Apple responsible knowing it is probably a fluke accident. I support Best Buy on how they handled the situation and helped me upgrade to a better computer. The person at customer service, Joel if I recall right, did a fabulous job turning this situation into a good one. PS Best Buy stated that they are all currently sold out and that they will not be bringing them back. No worries to any future problems with this one.

Awesome laptop
