Disappointed and Frustrated

I'm currently pursuing my M.S. in HR Management, and purchased this machine as it had excellent reviews all around and seemed to be more than capable of handling the workload I needed it for each week. Well I was dead wrong...and after 15 days of trying, I have decided to return this item and am now leaning toward the Chromebook line instead. For the premium price of Apple products, I expect far better than this.
