Macbook Air not so cool as the Surface

Especially the lack of a touch screen annoys me. Due to online classes, I use surface pen to do my math but I just cant do it on the Mac unless I bought an add on for $75.

Love my Macbook Air

I just rhink it was a little procey for am open box item. Only got if because financing was approved amd I was desperate for a new computer. I will pay ot off before the 90 day option is up. Othfferwise,no complaints !

Now upgrade to MBP 13 18k..pricey but WAAY better. Decent laptop for mild occasional use..it starts to lag too soon, that I never pushed it..not worth it's longevity

It’s an inconvenience buying an item when you don’t know how to use it

The battery life was about 3 hours. I was so happy that Best Buy extended their return date. Because I was working with Apple for weeks trying to figure out what was wrong with it. Why the fan went on constantly and the battery life is only 3 hours. I did order the higher end 2020 13inch MacBook Pro. Crossing my fingers this will work for me. My 2010 MacBook Pro it’s still going strong. However it doesn’t upgrade. But I gave it to my boyfriend and he loves it.

Ram is way too small

It uses up the RAM very quickly and you need to continuously clear it. Many programs that worked on pro don’t work easily on the air either.
