The product itself was fine, but the laptop arrived without the os installed. I know how to do it so didn’t bother to complain to Best Buy, so no idea how they would have handled this problem.

Is a good machine, really if you’re just browsing and doing some word processing. Doing some minor audio editing, and such for podcasting noticed I had issues with the performance. Can’t handle the load.

I have retuned the apple mac book lap top. It could not be delivered in a timely manner. I called several times to stop the delivery, because it had not left the store which is only 8 miles away. Because of a silly 30 minute after purchase cancellation policy i could not cancel the delivery. BUT WAS TOLD THE PACKAGE COULD BE INTERCEPTED ONCE I KNEW IT WAS ON THE TRUCK. just to call. Never got the message of when the package was picked up. It took over a week for the carrier to pick it up from the store. I was told it would require a signature once delivered. It was left outside my door. I found it early one morning. Lucky it was not stolen. Once it was delivered i promptly returned the package. I was able to get a better deal elsewhere and much sooner than it took to have a laptop delivered from eight miles away. I can only hope my best buy credit card has been credited since the return.

Slow to wake up, battery lasts about 8 hours not the promised 11, doesn't communicate well with my wireless mouse. Has frozen a couple of times and I've only had it a few weeks.

Macbook Air computers are great, but I cannot recommend Best Buy for shipping. I ordered two Macbook Airs a couple of months apart. The first one was packed in a box three times the size of the Apple box with no cushioning at all. Apple boxes themselves have practically no padding. The most recent delivery came in just a loose plastic bag. When I opened the bag the Apple box was crushed. Luckily the Macbook seems fine despite the poor handling. It may be the best buy but they are lousy at shipping.

Had great service purchasing the product but when it got damaged service went down hill real quick! AJ Gee has been very good at helping me!

I've had to contact Apple 2x within a month about issues I'm having with my MacBook Air. I never had a problem w/the one I bought in 2015.

Why does the cursor keep stopping in place, stuck and will not move? Takes a long time waiting for it to DO SOMETHING? Have not had trouble with other touch pads. The sound right from this MacBook Air speakers sounds GREAT to me. If this “touch” problems continues I want to know if I will be able to trade it toward some other laptop model? Not happy with this model overall but love all other Apple Product I have owned thru many years.

Over heats quickly and takes all day to charge. Bought it for the time of pandemic and couldn’t stay on too long because it would over heat and freeze. A lot of money spent just because it’s apple product but not worth it. I used cheaper laptops that worked a lot better.

Operating system got erased and nobody wants to help fix it,? Sucks cuz it was a birthday present for my daughter.

The graduate who received this was very appreciative and set up was a breeze to sync with all of the other Apple accessories they own.

I bought this Mac book thinking it was the newest M3 - but realized it was only the intel core. I should have went to Apple

The third week after purchase it had 2 kernel panics and crashed over a 2-day period. Then 2 days after the BestBuy return window closed, it crashes 3 more times in one day with kernel panic errors. It’s not a reliable machine. I’m very frustrated and can’t trust working in it. I work in IT and I’m very familiar with hardware and software. I’m very upset that all this happened right around the window closed to return.

I guess I'm not an Apple person. I just don't get it. I'm use to android so to me this is very confusing

I dislike the camera quality very much. For the price, I expect better.

I ordered an open box product. I will never make that mistake again! Best Buy was to have inspected and certified the lap top. I turned it in and there was an error with the hard drive. The original owner upgraded the ios and caused an error. BB didn't fix that! I had to figure out how to go into the setting and reset it to factory settings. I tried to call BB and help for more than 40 mins - NO ONE EVER ANSWERED the phone. Very, VERY disappointed!

I bought this laptop for school shortly after Covid-19 hit the USA. It was brand new however, about four months after using it started to make loud noises like if it was a very old computer. In order to get it to fix I have to travel about 50 miles away from my house and wait there all day and on top of that pay. Disappointed with the product.

love the book, but this is the second one and it is having the same problems with the screen.

The computer is horrible. It constantly freezes and restarts. Customer service was great though.

Not the laptop I wanted. Needed it same day so had to take the upgrade from the model I wanted.
