I’ve had this happen 4 times now, almost right after my returnable period ended. I’m either watching Netflix or on a 2 hour zoom meeting and it freezes, it slows down trying to catch up with the task, with the rainbow loading circle, all with simple tasks. For example,(MacBook was not hot or heating, was at room temperature) I would stop my Netflix movie, close the MacBook and when I would return, it will be a black screen, and audio playing even with the MacBook closed down!!!

I spent so much money on this and the next day I returned bc the charging block didn’t work and my computer died so I couldn’t charge it the Best Buy associate said that they basically couldn’t help by exchanging it when they checked the cord and the block and found out the block itself was not working was told to contact Apple bc I had already opened my laptop and was very disappointed bc after the time it took to set up I didn’t want to have to return it for the new one just could’ve changed the block

Like a glorified iPad. Simple. Fine for a person who has no need for any memory even to watch a video or movie. Gets hot fast. Cannot have multiple windows open.

Never again will I buy an apple product. Bought a Mac for graphic design. Way over priced for the specs. Ended up selling it immediately. I hated it.

It would have been a good laptop. But I didn’t receive it. Instead they sent me a movie series.

Love this! Very easy to use. Light weight and love the color.

Overheats and fan has to run. Battery does not hold charge. Often get the rainbow circle. Unable to turn off e-mail volume.

I bought this in 2020, and it’s barely worth it’s weight in scrap. Apple charged me $94.00 to replace a part, which didn’t fix it, and now wants an additional $450.00 to replace the motherboard. I’m beyond disappointed in my first Mac, and won’t be buying another. It has, literally, been nothing but a problem.

Can't get my info. Too slow an not avilaible. I've been trying to get in searching for apps that don't see or just not allowed on computers systems.

Computer randomly shuts down. No warning, just shuts down. I had another Macbook Air for more than 8 years and it had NO problems. This one started having problems a few months ago, and it's getting worse. I have the same problem with a mac (desktop) I bought a couple years ago. Now I have no faith in the quality of Apple computers and WOULD NOT BUY again.

I didn't like this macbook at all. I'm not a Apple fan but I thought I would try one of their products. Never again!

Stopped working 7 month in to school. Absolutely black no sound, good condition before hand

Mad that i didn't get the M1 model. New m7ch faster and smooth longer battery life.

It’s not your phone or iPad for sure. It was a Christmas gift that was a great deal that was returned

Started using this December 5th. It is now December 14th. The screen has weird stripes going down it. I have never dealt with it in a rough fashion. Must be defected. What's worse is BestBuy has the WORST customer service ever.

It is almost like I am going back to windows 7. This is NO great at all very stubborn keyboard, not a touch screen-, hardly to navigate online search, copy ,and paste made it harder. I am all fun for apple product but this computer upsets me a lot, the only thing I like is the storage other than that is useless for my college activities.

This laptop was too slow and often over heats. Not a good buy.

I returned it within a week. Thought better of the purchase and still researching.

Service was great but item was not. Pure base a open box. Not the best idea.

I am happy with the product that I purchase but overall experience with the store was really bad. They were not customer centric store and just looking to sell the product in store. Lack of information and guidance and attention to customer was missing. I would definitely not visiting the store again for sure.
