I prefer the Mac Pro.I used my husband Mac Pro and its much better than the Mac Air.

It works really well. I am able to use for what I what I need it for. I like that it connects to my phone. Have had no issues. It is good for basic needs

I got this MacBook Air 2020 (gold) for the new school year and I am extremely satisfied with it. There are some minor issues, but overall, I really like how connected it is with my iPhone, it is really convenient. Some things that aren’t so great are: the camera, the not touch screen, and the easy overheating. To start, the camera isn’t a big issue. It isn’t the best quality, I have to admit, but it’s not a major turn off point for buying this computer. One thing that does bother me sometimes is the screen. it looks touch screen, and confuses a lot of people who use my computer. I wish it was touch screen though, because of convenience. A lot of other manufactures are quite ahead of Apple in this aspect, so it is disappointing to see no touch screen. (maybe that’s because it would too much like their iPad) The last issue is the easy overheating. After having my camera on for a few minutes on online classrooms, the fans already turn on. I’m not sure how other computers compare to this, but it is a bit annoying. I’ve gotten use to it now though, so it’s not that bad. Overall, the MacBook Air is a really useful computer for college/high school students, as it is very light (I was surprised when I first held it) and convenient, especially for iPhone and Apple Watch users (you can unlock your Mac with your Apple Watch.

Apple is moving away from Intel processors which is fine. But. They will leave everyone with Intel processors behind and will not care about them at all. Wait for the new laptops to come out if you have to get apple. If not you can get a better computer for a way better price.

Apple Macbook does not power on. All of a sudden it stopped working. Since it is beyond manufacturing the cost of repair is approx $500 (incl tax)

I got this NEW and when we were setting up the finger scan the laptop told me that there was another apple-id already in the device. It is really bad that they sell something open box as NEW... Immediately returned and bought it from Apple Store. UNACCEPTABLE!

bought this and extremely happy... i would recommend just purchase else where. I had the most unpleasant experience purchasing at my local best buy and "Manager" is the rudest which made my experience unpleasant. I will be returning this product and taking my business elsewhere.

Thanks for offering 25 points... its likey worthless ..i'm still waiting for the credit on my account the sales person assured me i was getting for signing up for a credit card. She was great but either she over promised or your credit department didn't deliver.

My wife and I purchased two of these New 2020 MacBook Airs. She was upgrading from a 8 year old MacBook Pro and I was upgrading from a 2018 MacBook Air. So I'll be comparing both the 2018 and 2020 Air. Having both models I had the opportunity to compare the two. I'll start with the keyboard which is 100 times better now. The 2018 Air felt cheap and hollow unlike the 2020 Air. Style and look both models look the same and have little to none in difference.Display on the 2020 looks way more crisp and slightly brighter.Also sounds a bit louder then the 2018 Air but nothing to jaw opening. Performance is where I found its true strong point. Again comparing the 2018 Air model. Right out of the box from booting up to transferring my date from an external hard drive it performed very well and fast. I had the chance to test both side by side and the 2020 Air surprised me on every task I threw at it. Like other reviewers have mention about overheating when performing strainous task I have yet to experience this. I do believe if you're using this computer hard then this is the wrong model to have. This is why Apple makes the MacBook Pro model which can perform tougher task or handle hard core gaming. The 2020 Air wasn't designed for this even having the quad core processor. I do play games like Fortnight and it performs great. Fans do turn on but this is normal especially for gaming. Temperature have never reached to anything dangerous. Overall it's a solid computer and I'm glad I upgraded. You might ask why upgrade from the 2018 Air. At the time my daughter wanted to buy a MacBook but not spend the Apple price tag so I worked a deal with her and 512GB was more suitable for me being the 2018 Air was 256GB. And Last the new 2020 Air is slightly larger especially the bottom half (keyboard area) so all of my 2018 Air cases did not fit well. Some did fit but very tight or not at all. Hope this Help!

Slightly disappointed from this purchase. The speakers are bad quality. The computer freezes occasionally and it’s practically new. I wanted to return it but my I was out of my return window.

Wonderful product that I have used for so many things! Sleek design and fast processor.

Did not come with the accessories it said it would. And it was obviously used not just an open box. I will never order anything form them again I could of bought a new one for same price. It was a rip off

3 years later and I LOVE my MacBook. It’s been holding up perfectly, I did make sure to buy a shell case for it and it’s still intact once the case is removed. Helped me get through my college classes and I use it day by day for Netflix, shopping etc. Great purchase !

I bought this computer for my daughter to take to college. She loves it! It does everything she needs it to do and more! There has been no problems with this computer. I bought it in 2022
