    This is my second Mac Air. One thing I do not like is I have to use an adapter to be able to use USB-A/B (very common thump drives).

    Great visual display. Light and compact however the screen size is not small at all. Processing speed is fast. Worth the purchase

    Product-wise I give it 5 stars. From a purchasing standpoint, I give it 4. The product was dead-on-arrival and Best Buy would not replace it. They have a terrible return policy for items given are given as gifts and go past the 15 day return policy. I had to go to Apple in order to replace the product.

    Good MacBook machine, fast but video quality is poor in low light conditions. Quality built on the MacBook otherwise.

    I used it for a couple of months, but I don't know why sometimes why the charger does not charge my macbook. It becomes frustrating. It happened with me twice that I had some deadlines and the battery was dead and the macbook wasn't getting charged. I waited for like 3 hours then the from nowhere after 2-3 hours, the charger was charging the macbook. I want to get rid of this now.

    I decided to go with an expensive laptop hoping to get good customer service with Apple Care! Wrong!!! You cannot easily reach anyone that can help you and when you finally do they had a heavy southern accent that was impossible to understand. Worse, they could not help me so they transferred me which took another 30 minutes on the phone a total of 50 minutes waiting, waiting, waiting. Transferred a total of 3 times to wrong department. Amazon, Macys, Nordstrom, JCPenny, you name it and they find a solution to your problem as soon as they can without the frustration or aggravation.
