This was my first MacBook purchase and I love it! I am starting school this winter and I needed a laptop for the online courses and workload, and this has been so wonderful. I was able to download the word processing programs without any issues, and it has been so easy to adjust to. The battery life seems to hold up well too. It works fast and images are crystal clear. The color itself is also beautiful.

I had a 2012 MacBook Air that I passed on to a family member a couple of years ago when I got a new Windows 10 laptop. While I had no complaints about that Windows laptop, it just didn't seem to be a worthy successor. The build quality was just okay, and while Windows 10 is far superior to its predecessors, it almost painfully lacked the elegance of Mac OS. I just happened to be in my local Best Buy on the day they were having a flash sale on the new 2018 MacBooks, and I was so taken with the new design, the vastly improved retina screen, and the nostalgic pull of a laptop that felt solid and well-built and was such a pleasure to use, that I ended up buying one. While the overall unit is smaller than my old 2012 model, the MUCH smaller bezels around the screen allow for the same sized screen in a smaller package. And the screen itself is remarkably nice. I have had no problems with the brightness. The new keyboard is also to my liking...I've never been a "fast" typist, but I feel like I type much faster on this keyboard than on others. All in all, I'm very happy with his purchase.

Gotta love this gold Apple MacBook Air, it indeed is sexy and sleek and quite light at that. Highly recommended!

We really like the computer and the ease in transition from another brand. The speed is much faster than our older computer and the sound is great! Color is more vivid also! The printer is great for our needs. Fits our space and functions well from the computer and iPad. We are completely satisfied with both products. We also are impressed with the expertise of the ‘Geek Squad’!

I just buy generally all apple it makes it easy for me to connect all my devices Downside is the price but whatever , as a college student you want the best laptop to last you the years. I had a 2013 MacBook Air and it lasted me 5 years until if broke because I didn’t take too good care of it and it didn’t have apple care These laptops I noticed tend to last longer and it’s sleek .

I love how fast everything is and how easy to use and light weight the MAC is.

After my work gave me a macbook with limited functionality, I determined I really liked the way they performed and felt. I decided to go for the air verses the Macbook pro i have for work and i am not disappointed at all. These computers are quick, easy to use, only complaint is hard drives are small but hey thats what externals are for. Overall 10/10 will buy macs probably forever

I’m in love with everything in this computer. It’s fast, easy to carry and super compatible to my other apple products. Only drawback is that there’s no USB port.

I have owned a lot of laptops in my time, but the MacBook Air is by far my favorite and the best I have owned. I was worried the switch from windows to Apple would be hard, but every thing was easy to adjust to. The best part is how light weight and portable it is. The only downside is I wish the laptop came with the adapter to use a USB rather than having to buy it separately

There was a little learning curve going from Windows to the MAC iOS but I looked up some youtube videos for Mac beginners and once I got it, I like it so much better than a Windows computer. The touch pad makes everything so easy. I just use this for daily emails, internet browsing, etc. and it works out perfect for me. Lightweight, small, easy to carry around.

This is the first time that I own a MacBook, and I was very excited to get it as I am starting college in the fall. I was very happy with my purchase until I realized that it did not have a USB port which is essential when you're going to be using the MacBook for school purposes. However, you can buy an add on that you connect to the laptop port and it allows you to connect the USB. This is what I did, but I had to spend $60+ more than I would have needed to if it would have come with the laptop already. However, it is still beautiful and I love it.

IF you're thinking about getting a fast, smart computer for personal use or more, I cant recommend a MacBook enough. I had lived with Dell laptops for the past three to five years and they crap out within a few years. My Macbook has been going strong for a few months now despite all the data I've loaded on to it. That seems to be the main problem with my other computers.

I bought this laptop in the offer when it was 950$, ofcourse that's too much bucks for many people but still bought this only for the brand value. Anyway, I bought this as a gift for my sister so still haven't opened the seal yet. I'll give 10/10 points for its design but lacks in external ports. I'll edit this review when I see the performance of the laptop.
