This is my first apple laptop. It is easy to use and has a clean look. It al has all the latest functions and the display is gorgeous. Extremely happy about my purchase.

I needed an update from my first Mac that I purchased in 2011. This computer was definitely a great investment. I love the sleek new look, the Touch Bar and all of the new features.

Granddaughter #3 just picked her computer for her next 3 yrs of college. First 2 needed something for field work (also BB purchase) but this one plans on more science, math & graphics for her studies. She checked with her professors then worked with BB sales & came up with what she needed. They helped her with everything. Went to BB because they are close to her college. Geek Squad is the best! Had a malfunction with a previous computer and it was totally replaced at the BB near her college. I can't imagine going any place else. This makes it easy for all three of my granddaughter and one grandson. ~ Grandma

I purchased this for the screen size and memory. It has the power that helps photo processing software to operate with better speed. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Bought this recently for graphic intensive and video editing purposes for a non-profit ministry. The quality of this open box was like new. Even the packing on the charger was still new! I can’t say enough about the speed and power this MB Pro has. But I can tell you that it’s worth buying from Best Buy! My family and through our ministries we have bought over a dozen open box Apple products and there has only been a couple that had issues, and Best Buy was excellent in their service and handling of those items. BTW, I saved literally over $500 off this MB Pro retail (Apple Store price) buying it Open Box.

I’ve had it for Two months and haven’t had a problem yet. The battery is great and completing my school work is a breeze. Super easy to use. So many features!

Bought it as a gift for my daughter. She is working in Finland and wanted something powerful yet lightweight as she travels alot. She is very happy with it.

First of all, the Mac OS is a premium computer software which is what makes the MacBook Pros appealing computers. The ease of navigating and using the software/applications is 5/5. Build quality is 5/5 but with one minor flaw, the chassis which is too thin and therefore heats up way too easily leaving the potential and power of this MacBook Pro untapped in my opinion. These new MacBook Pros are unable to reach their full potential. The new keyboards in these 2019 MacBook Pros have worked flawlessly so far and actually feel good when typing and the touchpad is great for me. The display is awesome for a laptop and the battery seems to be holding its charge well. The only downside is having to purchase multiple cables for connecting old devices. The SSD built in seem to be ultra fast as the laptop boots up really fast. Only time will tell if these new MacBook Pros hold up but in my opinion these do fall short of the Pro in the title as the laptop does fail to cool down when running intensive power applications.

Well worth the extra cash, quality and build is excellent. Great specs for my day to day task and very fast. Capable handling anything you throw at it.

I am not proficient at computers but I have found most apple products very easy to use. They integrate exceptionally well and don't have conflict problems. ( although you pay for this convenience and ease in the expense of the item.) With this laptop and all the other apple products I have purchased over the years, if I have any problems or difficulties all I have to do is call apple care. I have not had to do it with this laptop so far. I am a loyal apple customer since the 1980's. I have purchase pc's in the past but I have always disliked them and return to apple

The ipad pro is fast and convenient, easy to use form factor, long battery life, and through Apple's app store, lots of options customized to the tablet

I have owned numerous MacBooks and this is the best one ever. The screen is beautiful. It's is extremely slim for a PRO and the processor is blazing fast.

Absolutely love my new MacBook Pro! The Touch Bar is a great feature! The laptop is high speed and very clear! Great for college students!

I love my MacBook Pro, so easy to use. I love how the keyboard lights up and the screen above the keyboard gives you suggestions to complete typing.

Computer is performing well and working as demonstrated and advertised, but very expensive. A Windows 10 PC with more horsepower, equally impressive display is about 1/2 the price. If it was not for all the ease of integration with my iPhone and watch I would choose to save my money.

My daughter was looking for the perfect, light-weight, high performing laptop to begin her college career. The MacBook Pro provides just that.

Was thinking of switching to the Microsoft laptops but definitely happy I upgraded from my 13 inch MacBook Pro runs photoshop a lot smoother

I have been an apple fan for awhile... Decided to upgrade my 2015 13in with this computer and love the speed and size of the 15in screen.

I have been a Mac user for many years. This Mac is by far the best. It is fast, easy to use and the fingerprint ID feature is a time saver.

I have been using my MacBook Pro every day for more than a month now. I bought this computer for my Graphic Design business and I am impressed with its performance. Even when I have photoshop, illustrator, and premier pro opened and running at the same time, the computer is able to catch up and perform without overheating or slowing down. The keyboard was weird to use at first but now im so used to how quiet it is and how responsive the keys feel. Its a lovely machine and a joy to use on the daily basis.
