I bought this laptop for my wife so she could do school with it. The laptop worked well for about a month. Lightning fast response, great battery and an amazing display. After about a month we noticed some problems. When you would close the laptop the screen would briefly turn pink then return to normal. After several weeks the pink got harder and harder to get rid of and you had to wiggle the screen just right to get it to work. No the laptop won’t show anything other than a pink screen. For 1800 at time of purchase I expected more from Apple. Yes all troubleshooting steps were followed per Apples request. Nothing worked.

I purchased the MacBook Pro along with the Magic Mouse 2, for starters the reaction or even the sensitivity of the mouse to the Mac is slow and delayed and even inaccurate. Waste of $70 on a mouse. Aside from the mouse the laptop actually wasn’t bad for the first week, I came across a notification that stated I needed to update my MacBook, I processed this update and the system restarted once finished. After trying to startup my MacBook the first time since he update, the apple logo no longer appeared instead a circle with a slash through it appeared. I researched online how to fix this problem and none of the videos work I contacted geek squad regarding my problem and they didn’t even want to hear me out they directed me to call apple because they don’t handle these problems. I was more so looking for information on what had occured or what I should do to maybe troubleshoot or something. The quality of this product is about a 2 star, and the service of the employee would get a 0 if I had to rate. Short, careless and disruptive. In one month My wife and I spent about $10,000 for some well needed appliances because a friend recommended them, Will not be spending anymore money here, I will be taking my service back to MicroCenter.

So I’m firstly going to say that I love the apple laptop however it is extremely dangerous it almost caught on fire...it heated up so badly various times and one time it got so hot that I dropped it and it got a little scraped. Their is no way to get my money back for this item but I really wish I could get it back because the quality is very good but this one happens to be very dangerous.

The keyboard on this Pro model is difficult to manage, jumps from one entry to another area without action, much more difficult to accomplish desired work than on Air, usb requires extra equipment to use. Sorry I bought this one.

Apple care wasn't real apple care, the shift key came broken, they charged me for a data transfer, and no student discount. Was very upset when I found out after purchase I could have gotten the exact same thing at apple for $400 less and a free pair of wireless beats. Will never buy from here again!!!

Didn’t realize how low the gigs was. It’s super slow when ur memory is full.. and u CANT take it to Apple store to add memory. What ever memory format I get ur stuck with it!!!

I believe this is a good computer however in my case the screen keeps glitching and flashing on and off. Obviously I need to return it and that is why I gave it a poor rating

This is my first Mac computer and I am questioning the value. Laptop is absolutely perfect and runs flawlessly. Time will tell if I should have purchased something less expensive.

Would not recommend the salesman at the counter, he didn’t offer my son jack squat even telling him he was enrolled at U of M. Ann Arbor

the touch track is a novelty idea that gets in the way of productivity. For as much as this device costs, it should run faster.

First time with a Mac and I hate everything about it. Would love to trade it in for a PC

Bought open box. It lasted less than 2 weeks then crashed.

In April I bought three different MacBook Pros, started with the 1799 model and then after the videos glitched upgraded to the 2399 dollar model , then returned that one for the same reason for a new one of the same model... and had the same issue, last week take it to the apple store they say it needs a new logic board they ship it out I get it back receipt says they repaired the display assembly instead turned it on played a movie, same thing..... complete waste of money
