Amazing how each key works independently and yet with proper combinations you can create words, sentences and even books. awesome, just awesome.

Could not connect cordless keyboard to computer, had to call geek squad to walk me through it. I followed all the instructions, but. installing it was much more involved.

If you’re looking for a great keyboard, Apple has not failed you. I really love it! But Best Buy customer service has failed me greatly. I ordered this as an open box from bestbuy.com I received the package a few days later the box was banged up and taped weird. opening it up I did not find my keyboard, but instead found this weird doll confused I checked to make sure this was my package and indeed it was also checking my cameras. Nobody had tampered with it while it was sitting on my doorstep the only thing I can figure is that this package was hijacked somewhere during the delivery process, and my keyboard was taken out. The doll is nothing that Best Buy sells so I know they did not put it in there by mistake. Working with Best Buy. They made me believe they understood what was wrong and were going to credit my card instead a few days later I check and they had just canceled the order and not refunded me. I called again and they said OK we will refund you but then the next day I get an email saying please send the package back. I thought that was strange but I sent it back that day a few days later the package comes back to me with a note saying why did you send this to us? This is not a Best Buy product. We will not be refunding you obviously I understand that this is not a Best Buy product. I even went into a Best Buy store and they were unable to help me because it was a purchase that was online. I have always loved Best Buy service but come on Best Buy make this right. I understand the situation is strange, but I have done everything on my part. All I want is to be refunded my money.

I needed a mechanical keyboard so I had to return it. All and all saw nothing wrong it, works fine, connected with my Mac pretty with no issues as well.
