He complained about how clunky it was to use a conventional (non-Apple) mouse. He was thrilled to receive it and has been using it daily for more than a month now and I have not heard a word of complaint (and he usually does not suffer in silence). Although I have not used it personally, it seems like a good product that blends well with the rest of the Apple computer line.
