This adaptor was exactly what I was looking for I was so glad when I found this item at Best Buy price was good and it works every time. quality is as good as the one they sell at the apple store. this work out for me cause I needed it right away but didn't have time to run to the apple store.

Hey, i bought this because on of the places i work for still has a vga projector, and while i have a dvi adapter connected to it for Apple TV not all airplay functions works, so this is an awesome little connect to it and get a great picture quality without having the full 1080 experience

If you have to connect your Mac Mini to an older VGA monitor or to a VGA KVM switch, this is the tool you need. It fits securely in the Mac Mini's display port and has threaded holes to screw in the VGA cable for a secure connection. Works great.

I run video from my Mac all the time in different venues. Most places only have a VGA input so this adapter comes in really handy. It has worked every time! I definitely recommend this product to anyone needing to run video from a Mac to VGA.

If you need to hook up a MacBook to a VGA projector, this is what you want. I've never had a problem with the Apple brand of adapter, but I have had problems with cheaper brands. You may have to pay a bit more for this, but in this case, you get what you pay for.

This gizmo let me get a few more years out of my antiquated projector to watch movies in the back yard. A cheaper adapter from Amazon was a failure, so sometimes you just have to go with the real deal.

Good for older systems. Works as advertised. Not suggested for hi res though.

I always try to buy Apple products only because I have never had an issue with any Apple products unlike other Apple accessories made by other manufacturers that end up failing a month or so later. It's expensive but now a year later still no issues!

I am using this in my office without any problems so far. I used like OEM version of this product selling in Amazon, which only worked for a half year and not functioned well because of the connection problem. Original Apple product works perfectly.

This is hands down the best and most reliable miniDP to VGA adapter made. I have bough at least 10 of these over the past 5 years and all are still working today.
