got this little thing because I was giving a presentation in an area where I was not sure what they had as far as AV equipment. I was able to use this to plug in my mac to the projector and able to show my slide show without a hitch. looking forward to using in future presentations.

This device works well out the box. The only issue I had was related to my projector since its not HD compatible.

Get this if you need to connect a VGA monitor. It works perfectly without having to download any drivers. I use this every day for my 2nd monitor.

Got a second monitor for my iMac and as soon as I plugged it into this adapter it linked up. Worked great

Nice alternative to purchasing new cables or monitor. Needed to hook up vga cables from existing monitor to new iMac and this was perfect solution.

Sales person told me this apple minidisplay to vega converter would not work on a window based laptop...he was wrong. Works perfectly on my Samsung laptop.

Reliable and easy to use connector. Always stay with Apple connectors as they are guaranteed to work. Some third party adapters do not work as advertised.

This has been a major help at work. I am able to connect t my Mac Pro to the Epson project at work with ease.

If you have an Apple laptop, you will need this product to connect to a older projector. It works, but it is pricey. If you are not in a rush, I would save a little money and buy the non apple product. I needed it now for a last minute presentation, so they got my cash...this time...

This product does what it advertises - it's lets you connect a Mac with a mini display port to a VGA cable for a monitor. No issues to report.
