I hate that Apple devices use these stupid dongles, but at least the apple versions are reliable.

This helps connect my phone/iPad to a new projector we bought for outdoor movies.

Apple genuine adapter, works as advertised. Interestingly, I tried to connect MBPro through the Thunderbolt port to VGA of an old projector, and it didn't work. no connection whatsoever. I did the same with Dell XPS 13 and it worked plug'n'play...Eventually, I returned it, the projector happened to have DVI as well and I used HDMI to DVI - then the MBPro found it and worked. This adapter is substantially better built then anything else, but it is substantially more expensive as well.

I went in to BB interested in a new MacBook Pro, but not intending to buy one today. the techs that helped me were very friendly and supportive. I had found the same Pro at another store that they said was a great buy. The got approval to match the offer. They also educated me on the new TTS program which is a considerable deal considering all the other hardware and appliances I had purchased at BB.

If you need a mini-DisplayPort to VGA, this is the gold standard. It turns out I didn't need it returned it with no issues.

Works great for displaying Keynote on a TV set. Highly recommended for a Mac Book Pro or Air.

The product Does what it is suppossed to do. I Was able to project movies at home from the laptop. And at work I can show my lessons

Solid Adapter, but screws don't tighten the connection to keep the cables secure.

My wife bought a knock off version that...didn't work. Got the Apple brand to make sure it work when it was needed. Worked like a charm.
