I am not happy with the condition of my product and would like a full refund or a new laptop sent to me this is absolutely NOT okay!!! Dents and scratches all over!! Delievery was completed by FedEx (the worst shipping option by far compared to USPS, UPS, etc..) This Laptop is supposed to be in excellent condition. The laptop thst they sent to me is no where near "Excellent Condition" I have requested a refund or a replacement as soon as possible! I have also sent numerous messages to the seller and have now waited 48 hours with only one response from seller!!! BUYER PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE PURCHASING!!! RE-CONSIDER BUYING ELSEWHERE!!
