This is a great adaptor for the new macbook pro. I can connect to another monitor while charging my laptop and using the usb port at the same time with no problems.

I purchased this due to the fact it did not come with the computer when I purchased it for my daughters graduation. The new Macs do not have USB ports which I think is stupid.

Tried other, similar devices, but I had troubles with lack of functionality, so decided to go with original Apple product and troubles went away. Would recommend.

This product is overpriced. I wish apple product wasn't so expensive. This adapter does the job it's small and easy to pack on the go. I bought the item used. It saved me $20! Why pay full price when used product works just the same.

As most Apple products, this AV multi-port adapter works as described. Nice addition to my laptop bag for on-the-go needs too! I recommend this product.

I like backing my data on a tumb drive. Since the new Mac Pro doesn't have the old tummb drive opening I bought this. I works perfectly. It's a must have with the new Mac Pro

USB-C is great but still have more USB-A stuff of course and need to connect to a TV sometimes. The adapter works great and the USB-A is 3.0 so it's fast. I knocked off a star because the HDMI will only do 4k at 30Mhz not 60.

Great converter! It’s worth noting that this converter does work with things like disk drives that require power, while some third party converters do not.

I bought this so I could use two drives at the same time. My external HD and when I hook up my camcorder to save the videos. Overall works fine. I have had no issues.

I hate complaining about Apple products, but the fact that I had to pay nearly $80 for a dongle so I can plug stuff in to my laptop kinda sucks. I get it, but it doesn't make it any better. Does what it's supposed to. Easy to use.

If you get the latest MacBook Pro (2016-2017) you'll need this accessory. Apple is eliminating most ports on their computers now (except USB-C) and this adaptor allows for a USB, an extra USB-C and an HDMI port on the adaptor.

I needed this to connect my new computer to my large monitor and backup drive, etc... it does the job but I would have liked a little longer cord.

I bought this because my macbook didn't have a USB port and I can plug a few other things into it at the same time. It's light weight and easy to use.

Must purchase this if you have the new MacBook because the laptop comes with one usb-c port only. There's nothing wrong with this product but you have to carry it with the laptop all the time if you want to use traditional usb.

I am very happy I purchased the USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter rather than just the the single port adapter. So far it works well and gives me a few options for connection.

Its is great to be able to use this to connect your iPad Pro or MacBook to any HDMI when airplay is not available in a business setting. Quality is great

Really do not like the new ports and missing USB on my computer but this works just fine for what I need. I just hate that you have to carry an extra thing now.

The dongle is the most reliable way to get hdmi from the new MacBook Pro with touch bar. Other products have been touch and hobbit this one does a true 60hz at full resolution

This dongle is by far the best I have found. I've bought some others from MicroCenter that are generics and they're duds. This is what you need right here for any USB-C Mac.

This product works perfectly (as it should since it's a first party item), but there are other options out there that are a better value. But if you want everything to match, this is what you'll need to get!
