This dongle is by far the best I have found. I've bought some others from MicroCenter that are generics and they're duds. This is what you need right here for any USB-C Mac.

It's the world you have to live in when you move to apple, adapter world.. but they are well made and do the job well.. just a bit on the high side for price.

This adapter is easy to use, but is too lightweight to do the installation of the Microsoft Suite onto my Mac computer. No worries, just plug the computer into the wall socket. The adapter is great for using thumb drives!

This adapter helps with charging and synching my phone and ipad. An expensive addition to the ipad pro. If you get the MacBook Pro, you will most definitely need this piece.

I was able to use this to connect my Macbook Pro (2019 version) to my TV through an HDMI cable and stream video. Works well, however the tubing is somewhat flimsy so be careful not to bend it.

The apple connector works really well. Needed it for the new Macbook. Happened to be in Reading and was able to get it there rather than driving to Lancaster

I have the new hp spectre and need to use a usb had to buy the apple usb-c. it connected easy and it was good to use to watch movies from Netflix to tv with hdmi connection on it.

I purchased this item because I own a 12-inch Macbook. While I do not often need to plug in displays or devices into my MacBook, this adapter allows me to do so when necessary.

The connector for the Macbook pro is a really good connector, the only issue that I have is the cost since the Macbook no longer has any USB or HDMI ports on it .

Use my MacBook for work. I use a second monitor to be more efficient. Need this to hook up to other devices such as my camera, external hard drive, iPad, etc. I had to buy a second one just to have more USB connections

This has worked great to connect to the TV in our conference room at work. I like. that I can still charge the computer through the same adapter.

I read a lot of reviews on this item and was concerned about the flicker some users were having when using HDMI. My device worked perfect and is flicker free.

I purchased this item to be able to project my phone screen to a projector. This item does exactly that. It's simple plug and play with nothing else to do. Works perfectly.

Works like should seeing as it is an Apple product for another apple product but it cost way too much for what it does. I found a straight cable no need for an adapter on Amazon that works great for a 1/3 of the cost.

This usb-c dongal allows you to have several devices connected into one port. Having an HDMI monitor and a usb keyboard this is great.

I put together an ergonomic package for travel with my small lap top and the Logitech roller ball mouse was the final support needed. It works very well and is cleverly compact.

This adaptor is a simple piece of equipment and takes up little room in your bag, but it makes these little computers just about as big as you could want them to be. Works great.

If you buy the Mac, this is definitely something you should buy with it. My only complaint is that there is only one USB port. I wish there were two without having to purchase a second adaptor.
