Much Needed

With that said, happy to have found this adapter at an affordable price (sale) at my local Best Buy. Without it my wife (who is a teacher) would not be able to connect anything into her new MacBook Pro.

Does it’s job

I needed to plug in my DVD drive to my MacBook and the only way to do that is with this Apple USB-C to USBA converter.
