Speaks for itself - if anything were to happen to it whether it was my mistake/accident/integrity issue/or wear and tear then I get it replaced no questions asked. If it’s a product that is very expensive it’s just worth having the peace of mind of not worrying about getting your moneys worth over time.

Any new Apple purchase I make includes AppleCare. I made the mistake of not having it for an iPod a few years ago, and I had an accident with it, it was like flushing money down the toilet. I won't make that mistake again, I'd rather have a little peace of mind with this protection.

I currently have Apple care on my iPad Pro 10.5, Apple Watch 3, and my iPhone X. It’s a very inexpensive insurance plan (when you compare the price to fix it without the warranty). Covers your iPad for 2 years, from manufacturer defects, and accidental damage that you cause to the iPad.

Will not purchase Apple product without AppleCare. Husbands 5 month old iPad slid of his lap and even though in a case hit the corner and shattered the screen. Brought it to BEst Buy and in 5 days had a brand new replacement for $49.00.

For me this is an expensive purchase and because it is an item that will be used in different locations, it just makes sense to protect it to the extent possible. I trust Apple but all products are subject to oops. It is nice to limit my $ dollar exposure if something goes wrong in the next 2 years.

For the price, you get an extra year.. But just one service call would pay for the cost.. With world wide coverage if you travel.. Ask for all the extra coverage details, you will agree that it is worth it, maybe 15 %, of your investment.. You will féel more comfortable knowing your total covered..

Each time I've had to use Apple Care for one of my Apple products, the customer service has been so exceptional that I can't imagine NOT having Apple Care. Friendly folks without language barriers help you until your issue is fixed, even if that means replacing a unit. It's worth every penny, IMHO.

Apple care is terrific. Apple really follows up on their apple care. They have immediately taken care of any problems. I'm not sure how it works through Best Buy but knowing Best Buy, it will work flawlessly. It is worth the small investment to protect a big dollar investment in an Apple product.

The best purchase you make might not be the new iPhone you just picked up, but the AppleCare you bought with it at Best Buy (alongside your Total Tech Support because of the 25% discount on AppleCare). When you crack/shatter/lose/drop/leave in the oven/or your stuff is jacked, you know that through Apple, it won’t be like claiming a repair or theft with Assurion services! It is easy. Just like your new iPhone. So pony-up now, and save yourself the pain of loss, theft, damage AND the much much larger $$$$$ associated with repair or replacement! Trust me, I took time out on a Friday night to write a review. Ok, I have no life :( but I do have a iPhone and am happy my clutzy self has AppleCare :)

This is protection that you want to purchase as soon as you purchase your Apple product. Protection and service that is impeccable. Easy to contact - great service representatives that will answer all questions - no matter how small. Also great protection of item purchased

We came in during a busy time, I was skeptical, almost ready to leave since we were waiting but were told we were next. We were fortunate enough to be assisted by Perry went above and beyond. I was not sure what type of computer/tablet I could get to foster my son's interest in animation, something simple enough for now but with potential to grow. Perry was patient and made recommendations. We ended up with the most current iPad air which my son loves...has been on it for the entire week doing creative things. We also purchased the 2 yr apple care service contract which was priceless because they were able to assist me at Apple in setting up his own first user ID, etc. Despite the wait due to Covid 19, it paid off with a good product purchase and outstanding customer service.

I bought my eight-year-old an iPad and I was absolutely not going to leave without a warranty or AppleCare. I have other Apple products and I trust in Apple care.They are always so great and helpful

When you are buying something as expensive as an iPad, you want to protect your investment. That's why it makes so much sense to get AppleCare+, so when something happens, you know you are covered.

I don't always buy a warranty but I always do purchase applecare. For the price of Apple equipment, I think it's important. Sometimes it has paid for itself, and sometimes it has not. Worthwhile risk IMO.

Being that my iPad was a new purchase, I made the decision to put 2 years of Apple Care on it so that I would be covered for any issues. Apple Care is nice because they really don't argue with anything so long as it was a legitimate issue with your product.

Haven’t had to use it yet luckily. But always get insurance on your electronics. You’re one poorly manufactured piece from it not powering on or functioning properly. Save the heartache.

It gives me peace of mind. My last I pad got dropped on a tie floor and broke. It was exchanged for a new one. I could not afford to replace it if it broke while still making payments on it.

I always opt to add this protection to my mobile Apple devices. Better than a case and gives me piece of mind. Plus, if you ever have a claim it’s easy to get a replacement product straight from Apple!

The AppleCare plan allows for service of defective parts and a couple replacements are included (possibly with a fee) with the plan (which lasts 2 years from the purchase date). I don't see why anyone would buy an expensive Apple product without this protection!

I have always purchased Apple care on my Apple products since the iPhone 8 having a glass backing.It gives me peace of mind since I do tend to drop my phone.Hopefully I don’t have to use it.
