After years of paying a monthly fee to Comcast, purchased my own after the rental broke. Easy to set-up, just a bit different. Did not reaalize there was a control panel available online. After calling Arris support (very helpful First time call, unlike comcast) WiFi was up and running less than 5 minutes.

Bought this several years ago when I moved into my apartment and still going strong. Heck when the cable guy came to activate my internet even he was impressed that I owned this bad boy. Even bought it a second time for my grandmother's house when we finally got her internet.

If you don't want to rent a modem from your internet\cable provider and if you're old school with a home phone then this is a good deal. I had sticker shock at first but if it lasts more than 2 years it's cheaper than renting a modem from Comcast.

Love the surfboard! A handy 2 in 1 device that combines modem and router. Never have an issue with streaming or internet connections. Nothing to complain about. I often recommend this product to others.

It’s easy to install/setup, and so far it’s working flawlessly. It connected automatically (via Ethernet cord) to my Apple Time Capsule. Didn’t have to reset anything. The WiFi reaches everywhere in my house and yard. It was recommended by the store associate over other brands; good advice I think.

This cable modem/router works great. The set-up was fast and easy. Just follow the instructions and you are up and running in no time. I had an Arris modem previously that lasted for quite some time so decided to get another one and hope it last as long or longer.

I'm a Comcast customer and this product is certified for Comcast. Very easy setup. Able to transfer my old modem setup to the new modem, which enabled me to continue Bluetooth setup for my TVs, cell phones and printers.

I am happy so far with my purchased , I am evaluating for reliability and continue good service.

Works great in house with all the devices I have hooked up to it. First had problem because channel was set up on. But after calling there tech support they walked me through how to change the channel and now getting great signal without paying comcast to rent there router

Easy setup and above-average overall quality. I previously rented a Comcast/Xfinity router for 10 years. This purchase satisfies all of my needs. I highly recommend this product.

It's working out very well. The speed and connection time is great. I like the white also, it compliments by desk. Thank you to my salesman for the recommendation. He was very knowledgible, nice and helpful.

After trying several combo router modems with voice from Xfinity, I opted to buy my own. Since I have Xfinity voice, the selection of compatible devices was slim, but this one seems to be doing the job. I've just had to reboot it once or twice since owning it, rather than every other day with the Xfinity provided device.

The router is very easy to set up and use. It is a bit bulky but blends in well with its surroundings. I have no complaints with the product, however, I do wish it worked with the Xfi features of turning off specific connected devices during certain times.

So far it works very well and seems faster than the previous Arris model that it replaced. Phone service works too. Price though was high. $40 more than the same unit was last year.

I purchased this wireless router with cable modem to avoid the monthly charge assessed by Xfinity. The router/modem works as well if not better than the router/modem that I would receive if I paid a monthly rental fee and was cheaper than the monthly charge for a 2-year commitment.

It seems to be working fine, it was a little to expensive for me, but it was compatible with my needs, I couldn't find another one. It's size is big & I barely have room for it on my table. Thanks

The modem/router combo works great. Getting less and less dependent on Comcast. This means lower bills! Don’t let Comcast tell you there is a problem with the unit! When I set it up and called them, I was told it wasn’t working. They didn’t put the product info in the system correctly. I suggest having them read back the number sequence to make sure it is correct.

Excellent all-in-one cable modem with wifi and voice. I unplugged the old cable modem, plugged everything on the Arris Surfboard AC1750 and after 20 minutes, my Internet and phone are up and operational. It was great that I didn't have to call Xfinity for activation. Having four ethernet ports available is a plus for me and I've already used two for my personal PC and work Surface. I like the white cheerful color on this modem and the led indicator lights give my office enough ambiance even when I don't have the lights on. So far, I'm happy and I feel like I made a great choice with this cable modem.

I bought this as a recommendation from my sales person . It does work well. I have a small condo st the beach. 1,000 square feet and it cover the entire property and the deck. I can even get my signal at the boat dock and the pool . Range seems to be good.
