Having a problem with it OR Xfinity. Everytime I "Boot=Up" message comes up, "You are not connected with the Internet". I have to go up to the tool bar and click-on the Wi-Fi symbol and click on the correct numbers that are shown for my modem. SOMEHOW it keeps slipping the correct number, even while I'm viewing my e=mails. It is VERY bothersome. Never happened with my previous server [the company AT&T provides - Uverse, I think]. Can't answer question below [Help us break it down]. Need to have problem above fixed first and then use it for awhile.

I bought this and thought I might have trouble installing it. I didn't. I hooked it up and called Comcast and they helped me with what I couldn't do on my own. Porting home phone number over. It works great and has better signal strength than Comcast.

If you have internet with Comcast, then purchase this router with a modem and begin saving money on your monthly bill from Comcast. It feels like it works even faster than the leased equipment from Comcast.

GOT XFINITY INTERNET 2 YEARS AGO BOUGHT BB'S MODEM LIKE THE RENTAL UNIT SPEED NEVER WAS CLOSE TO THE 75MB AS XFINITY SAID WAS FAST ENOUGH TO DO WHAT WE WANTED WE XCHANGED THE MODEM FROM REPLACEMENT PLAN WHAT A DIFFERENCE BUY REPLACEMENT PLAN

I have used other modems in the past but I’ve had to return them because they stopped working. I’ve had this modem for 9 months now and it is working fantastically!

Excellent replacement for cable rental. Ease of setup and works great. Strongly recommend this purchase. Save your $10 monthly fee. This purchase will take 18 months to recoup initial investment...then the savings will be back in your pocket.

This is a great router. Helps me out because it takes 10 dollars a month off my Comcast bill. We have multiple devices using this router simultaneously and there's never an issue. iPads, Xbox, multiple phones, all working at the same time with no issue.

Easy installation and set up. No issues with this device, would recommend.

I replaced my comcast modem/router with this model and it looks exactly the same and works the same as the one issued y comcast -only difference is this one is white. I got it to save the monthly rental charge from comcast.

I replaced an old modem with this one and now am able to use wifi in far reaches of the house as well as the Roku I recently purchased for the TV's that aren't attached to my cable service. Very happy to own rather than rent from Comcast!

Xfinity is compatible as they say, but getting it to work took 2 hours. I think they make the installation difficult so you will return it and continue to rent their modem/router.

Worked perfectly during our Xfinity implementation.

This is on the higher end on price however is a direct replacement for xfinity voice and data modems. It will take about 13 months to break even but after that its all bank. Only regret is waiting this long to get one.

The ARRIS SURFboard 4 in 1COCSIS 3.0 cable modem, 802.11 WiFi, 4 port ethernet router and 2 port telephone modem works great. It is certainly better than renting one each month from Comcast/Xfinity. It was easy to set up even for a non-techie.

Easy to set up, but make sure you go on line as per instructions before you call xfiniti to set it up. If not the internet will not connect, but it can also be done afterwards. Then all is good. nice to save on the rental fee from xfiniti

I am super satisfied with this item. I got it for my son for college and it works extremely well! Im going to buy another one for home to replace my current modem

This router was among those recommended by xFinity when I added their VOIP phone service to the internet and TV service that I already have. (I previously had a Motorola router). Connection was easy and the unit has performed well so far.

This product works very well and exactly as described. It allowed me to swap out a rented Xfinity/Comcast router/modem which I was renting from Comcast for a bundle of services including VOIP telephone, cable TV and high-speed wireless Internet.

I PURCHASED THIS MODEM TO REPLACE THE ONE I WAS RENTING FROM XFINITY. SEEMS TO BE AS FAST AS THE ONE I WAS RENTING.

Fast and Easy installation from the product. Only issue was with Xfinity recognizing the installation at the beginning. Had to contact them to update.
