These headphones are pricey but they are worth it. The Astro A50s can be used for PS4,PS5, XBOX, and PC. You'll need the Optical adapter to take full advantage of the Dolby sound for PS5. You can also set up your customized sound on PC and use those settings on XBOX.

The customization is the greatest feature besides how comfortable these are. I will wear these for hours on end and there are times I forget I have them on. Great Headset for PS5 with One Issue

I'd originally bought the Gen 7 Turtle Beach Stealth wireless headset. I went through 3 pairs in 7 days, as I kept having issues, trying to use them with my PS5. After the 3rd pair, I decided to go with the Astro A50. Best decision I could have made. Great headset to use with the PS5. Only issue right now, is that the charging base connects to the PS5. There is currently a SW issue, where the base will not charge, when the PS5 is put into rest mode. I read that there is supposed to be a firmware update, to fix this issue, though it has not been pushed out, to date. So, just know that as of right now, you'll have to leave your PS5 on, to charge the headset.

You can hear enemy footsteps in front of you, behind you, to your left and to your right. Highly recommend this headset and even though it is more expensive than other headsets, they feel very comfortable for long hours of gaming.

I noticed the screw was missing from the headset. So i dont know if it was already loose or something happened and that made it loose. Other than that it sounds clear and crisp.

It has much better party chat sound, compared to Turtle Beach and the Rig 500. I have had no issues yet, the connection stays and doesn’t make random popping interference sounds.

But overall these are a great quality headset I would just check for small minor screws.
