Powerful gaming desktop and very good quality chasis and easy to upgrade.

i just don't like the fact that you can't really upgrade it the way I would want. Returning it and built a custom pc instead. I don't like the glass don't sit flush and a bar runs through the gpu blocking it.

Asus is always my favorite. I tried a couple ibuypower and just didn't like them. Also this has m.2 ssd vs ibuypower only has sata ssd. Also liquid cooling on this the cpu temps are great. Graphics card is blower style RTX 2080 But max temps I saw are 79 c

My husband and I both bought one of these for playing WoW. They are amazing! Zero issues, lots of customability, love the color options. Extremely quick start up every time and very quiet for having a fan! Could not be happier!

Purchased this back in November, so far no problems, wish it came with a cd drive, but it's a GREAT pc for the price!

Good pc had it for over a year now. Case flow is weak, but overall good setup

The only reason that I do not give it 5 Stars is that there's not much expansion options.

I purchased this machine to play high resolution games on it. Great for 4k video editing because of the video card already installed. I highly recommend.

Had issues right away manufacturer let us believe it was something we did at first mad changes and starting acting up a second time so we returned it. After spending 1800.00 it really should work correctly

Great pc for the price quick and easy hookup.. was a very painless setup.l was up and running in less then 15 min.

this prebuild has it all for Fortnite addiction. AMD makes a great prebuild as well

Died on me in under a year. I bought this product almost a year ago. Asus makes good monitors and I never had a problem with them. Over my lifetime I bought five of them in various sizes. Four of them are at work. Two are being used by my coworkers. So I decided to buy their Pre build gaming PC from Asus. Alas things did not end up well. While the design is not bad my unit just didn't work for long. After a couple of months it would not boot. Sent to be repaired. Was charged about 130 dollars by Geek Squad for the first repair. This was an error on their part because the pc was still under warranty. Okay things happen. Unit came back after a couple of weeks. Processor issue the software instruction for the operation of the processor was wrong. 2nd fail the SSD drive was replaced. Third time it fails during the pandemic. Since Best Buy was close. I could not send it back to be repaired. Best But reopens months later. PC sent back again for repair because It doesn't post. End result Best Buy gives me a gift card for the full cost of the PC plus tax. I give Geek Squad a thumbs up for their service. The only bad thing about the gift card is that I only can use it at Best Buy. The good news it doesn't expire. I guess I will use it to upgrade to a new TV once the new ones arrive in the 2nd quarter.
