We just needed a new monitor for our desk top because the last one was making weird noises and needed replacing, we were told by the rep. that this was just what we needed and would have all the volume we would need without any external speakers plugged into it! Well, it needs external speakers and it's a gaming monitor and doesn't come on where we want it without pushing buttons and more!!! It's a very big let down from what was advertised by the rep.
