I purchased this monitor as an extended display for my work laptop. The text appears very grainy and blurry on this monitor. The text is perfectly clear on my laptop but when I drag it to this monitor the text turns blurry. I tried all of ther monitor adjustment settings and nothing seemed to help. I tried to contact ASUS customer support (can't believe they are allowed to call it that). The first thing they asked me was for the serial number of the monitor. When I gave them this information they said that I would have to call Best Buy for customer support. After sitting on hold for 39 minutes I was able to reach a member of ther Greek Squad who tried to remedy the issue but his phone connection was so bad that the call was ended after 20 minutes without resolution. I called the help desk of the Fortune 100 company that I work for and spent an hour updating drivers, changing settings etc... with still no luck. I will be returning this monitor once I am able to and will be purchasing a different brand completely. It's hard to believe that ASUS would not even talk to me because I purchased the product at Best Buy.
