i really like this lap top, but it has low volumen and runs very fast, for some games it works very fine, for video play it runs well, the appearance looks good, it was in the rate and characteristics i was looking for. and it has enoungh ram memory, a big storage , so that's great

Im an HP person so switching to ASUS recommended by a co worker is a big step. I was actually deciding on getting a Dell. I purchased ASUS with a 17" monitor which is perfect for me. Even for its larger screen size its slim line build makes it lightweight and easy to take with me. It has everything I need to use as a work laptop which made it convenient. Its speed is perfect with a 1tb capacity so I have a large storage even tho alot of my stuff is in the cloud. Customer service is still great both in store and online and I only buy my technology from Best Buy.

I bought this laptop for my daughter. It is great for schooling, browsing and light gaming. Light gaming such as Steam, EA games and Origin. The speed is decent for someone who downloads a decent amount of mods and stores pictures, files and doing browsing for research.

the big display is really good, displays my drawing projects so clear that i can easily view the lines, measurements in drawing, the animations is play has vibrant colors, and this screen nails it. the overall speed is good for editing, architectural drawings. 1 tb space gives storage advantages. keyboard is okay. lightweight and long battery life

17 inch screen, the Sonic Master sound system, 1 Terabytes of memory, 12gigabytes of RAM, Intel core i5 and ASUS. This laptop like a theater on the go, its massive. Im a big tall dude so those little laptops got my fingers pressing two keys at once. But this one has plenty space. Like a full size keyboard. THANKS BEST BUY FOR AWESOME DEAL. Lots of storage and memory but it runs slowwwwww! Battery is ok graphics are great.

This computer is a good price and works well. It may be a little on the slow side for processing, but it has good storage.

I purchased the Asus Vivobook laptop for my daughter as a birthday present and could not be happier with my decision. She absolutely loves it. The Vivobook has good battery life. My kiddo makes digital art and switches between her iPad and a Huion tablet. The Asus laptop has a 17.3" screen and when she uses her tablet, she can't believe how beautiful, bright and clear the display is. She is used to using a 15.6" laptop, but the larger size on her Asus makes a difference we weren't expecting. The Vivobook is quick and has a lot of storage space for her artwork. Also, she plays Genshin Impact, Roblox, Minecraft, and The Sims 2, 3, AND 4 on it. She has all the stuff packs and extensions plus custom content in addition to two or three different art editing programs that she uses and there still isn't any lag. I happily recommend this laptop to anyone looking for quality at a bugdet-friendly price. If I am being honest, I really want to take it from her and make it my own!!! I am giving it 5 stars and would give more if I could. Oh, one last thing, if you are unsure of what to purchase, please take advantage of the help Best Buy customer service offers. I spoke with a representative, they asked questions about what the laptop I was looking to purchase would be used for, I told them and also explained I was on a STRICT budget. The rep I worked with LISTENED, and gave me several options, and a few of them weren't listed on the website. I searched on the website and the laptop I was going to choose was not as powerful and didn't have as big of a display as the Vivobook. The Vivobook was also less expensive than the laptop I thought I was going to buy. If I wouldn't have sought help, I wouldn't have known about the Vivobook. I am very thankful the rep I worked with helped me the way they did. I'm sorry this is so long, but I am so happy I made the decision to go with the Asus Vivobook instead of another laptop and I want to let everyone know how awesome it is!!! Take care and stay safe!

Pretty easy to setup. Lots of storage. Not the fastest laptop but does the job for mostly photo download and editing. Letters on keyboard hard to read

works great as a casual use laptop. the large display is easy to see, even with several windows open. the 1TB drive has plenty of room for pictures and music. the 12 GB ram is too small and is slow to start and can be slow during heavy use. the only really bad thing about this computer is that it has silver keys printed with light gray characters. the keyboard is not back lit so the keys are impossible to see in certain lighting conditions.

I bought this laptop due to the higher 12GB memory (many are 4 or 8) and 1TB storage. I believed with the higher memory, that the laptop would load with more ease and more quickly. Boy was I wrong! I believe this is the slowest laptop I've had in 20 years. Do not buy this laptop. Seriously, I should have worked on it more during my return period and now I'm stuck with it. I hate it! Truly hate it! I can't say one good thing about it. Ugh!

Large storage with fast memory and sharp color display.

overall this is a good laptop, I got it to run ableton and to use for writing. ultimately i should have waited until one with more memory came out, 12gb of memory is decent but its a little slow to start up, and it was also on sale 100 cheaper right after my return/price matching window closed. lots of storage but poor battery life

I bought this on sale for $399. It has a tremendous amount of storage and good ram, but I regret not having the touch screen. More importantly not having a SSD it is a bit sluggish on start up.

I absolutely would refer to Best But for any laptops. The ASUS VivoBook has been great, golds so much storage and never runs slow. Easily go between up to 4 screens at a time.

Its a good computer for the price with a good amount of storage however it is an extremely ow computer. If you need your computer to do anything in a decent amount of time this one is not for you.

This laptop is awesome very fast and lots of storage it doesnt have an ethernet port but it uses wifi i would highly recommend.
