This is an amazing all around laptop. Beautiful, sharp screen, plenty of sound. Powerful CPU gets all casual tasks done in a flash with no waiting while it "thinks". Does not have a dedicated graphics card BUT does okay for gaming as well. My primary use is video editing and gaming capture.

Nice little machine, fast loading programs and good battery life so far

I bought this laptop 2 years ago and still runs just as smoothly as when I first bought it! I absolutely would recommend it if you wanted to take notes by writing and if you wanted a fast-speed laptop!

This laptop is long on features but a few of it's short comings keep this at 4 stars. The screen is fantastic. It is VERY fast and performs well. Applications launch more than snappy. In laptop mode the screen is used to tilt the keyboard and make it easier to type. The short coming is the 2 USB-C 3.2 GEN 1 ports DO NOT SUPPORT VIDEO OR CHARGING. It does have a HDMI port that works well but you cannot connect a docking station and have the easy plug in capability of a single plug. The USB-C 3.2 port does not support charging so your laptop will always need a power plug in addition to your USB-C hub. That makes it clunky without the option of a single plug, which most other makers do.

Bought this for my parents so they can have something to use at home. It’s fast and great for light tasks such as browsing the net and using Office programs

I've been using this for about 1 month now and it's working great! Easy to set up and get started. Long battery life. Comfortable keyboard for typing. Very happy with my purchase. Use for basic office software, email, Netflix, etc. Great size; very portable.

i use it for school and light gaming, im in love with it! touch screen and can be turned into a tablet by bending backwards. i bought a touch screen pen and love to doodle on it !

I needed a new PC as my old one would have been more expensive to fix than if I purchased a new one. My Best Buy sales person went over a few options for me before I decided to purchase the ASUS. He was very knowledgeable and did a fine job.

Love this laptop I did a bit of comparing with latest brands/models online and in stores and overall this asus laptop is the best out with the ram speed, storage space and of course the Ryzen 7 processor chip makes the picture quality so clear. Out the box very nicely packaged and the picture quality omg is super crispy, most importantly the speed when online and regular programs is super fast, this laptop is perfect size and weight for traveling I will be purchasing another for my wife.

Great loptop for students who doesn't need alot of GPU power. The touchscreen adds it its functionality for taking notes and highlighting.

Smooth operating machine that has a brilliant screen and solid keyboard. Sound is great, and responsiveness is as expected. The team at Best Buy did a great job explaining the benefits of the Asus as well.

Its been amazing the computer never had any problem a works perfect a used for everything even for play some games

This laptop is pretty awesome. I was pretty blow away by the graphics and how quickly it can run games as well as everyday activities. I would highly recommend if you’re a student that likes to game.
