Does everything I was interested in. Product is nice and small.

Excellent machine and very easy to set up and use.

Little confusing during the set up of telephone lines and power cables. Seems to work as advertised. Clarity of voice in recorded messages could be clearer. This until replaced another AT&T answering machine that was not digital.

This is a nice unit, easy to set up, but it had one feature that wouldn't suit our needs. Even when the volume is on it's lowest setting, when a call comes in and the machine picks up you still can hear it. Normally not an issue, but we keep the answering machine in our bedroom mainly to weed out telemarketer calls on our land line. We turn the volume down all the way overnight. Our old AT&T model 1717 would allow the volume to be turned all the way down for incoming calls. Family members use our cell phones to contact us in the event of an emergency. Probably time to eliminate the land line altogether anyway.

Bought this for my mother. It's the same as her old one. Works fairly well but if she answers while its recording it doesnt stop. She actually has to hang up. That didnt happen with the old one.

It works well and since its digital, I dont have to be bothered with batteries - using the same type for over 20yrs and this is more modern, sleek & I am well satisfied.

The phone works quite well and performs beautiful. One minor quibble: When announcing the phone number, it pronounces 7 as if it were 6.

great price. easy setup. The only feature that we don't care for is the audio of the phone number before the message replay.

...Comes with voice enabled setup instructions, which really helped get it up and running. Bit of feedback noise when picking up to talk to a caller after they start a message. ...Worth it for the price... ..Shipped quickly...

It's a very good product. It serves our needs well, and we purchased it at a very good price. As others may have indicated, it was easy to set up for use, and it's very user-friendly.

The phone machine replaced an old unit I had that only worked sometimes. Now, I will get my calls if I am not home. I don't know why I waited so long to replace my old machine.

Mostly very satisfied, except with the volume set at zero, we could still hear an incoming message. Otherwise, it is exactly what we wanted.

A little complicated to set up. Once I figured it out, it works well. Needed an answering machine to use with an existing separate phone. It does the job.

Excellent for my older parent who doesn't want or need a lot of technology. He is very pleased with the product and it performs to his liking.

The recording quality is a bit rough. But the machine works reliably and does not record hang ups as a message.

Compact. Works fine. Never fails. Recording the incoming phone number is a bonus feature.

Voicemail box was not easy to set up. I had to buy additional equipment for use.

A great little answering machine that does not take up a lot of space on the side table. It was bought as a gift for mother in law and it is easy to operate.
