Thiscanswering machine is easy to set up and use. I set it up for an elderly man to use. With just a push of the buttons he can retreive messages. Something he was not able to do with voice mail.

This is a replacement for my moms old answering machine that was not working anymore and it works great and was bargain price, Thank-you.

The digital answering machine worked as expected. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Sound quality could be a little better, but for the very low price the sound was adequate. Playing messages back at lower volume helps the sound quality. Messages left from land lines appeared to sound better than messages from cell phones.

If you like a simple,old school answering machine,this is it.I’ve used previous generations of the same machine,and this one is better than the ones before.

Did not need bells and whistles...just a basic answering machine. This item is perfect. Simple to use, good storage and volume. Solved a $5000 business phone issue for $20. Perfect.

We got rid of the physical phones and connected our Echo to the land line. It would just keep ringing so I purchased an inexpensive answering machine. This one fit the bill perfectly.

This answering machine is very easy to setup. The programmed prompts make entering time, date and announcements very straightforward. The included directions explain any details required to fully use this device.

It is simple and basic -- everything I need, but not any confusing extras. I'm very happy with it.

The machine was easy to set without having to read ht instructions. I could not figure out how to stop the beeping once a message is received, with the exception of pressing play.

Everything is not to bad but when a call comes in and you pick it up while it is still ringing it will not disconnect. It will sound like your getting a fax. That is the best I can describe it. If you hang it up real quick sometimes that will work but not often. That's why only 3 stars. That is very annoying I disconnected it all to gather.

This answering machine was a great deal and easily attached to my landline phone. It works great and is easy to use.

Easy to use. Plug one end into phone jack. Plug working phone into machine. I used the default settings, but you can change it up however you like.

Got this for my mother who still needs an answering machine. Easy to use and works well.

I bought this to replace my parents previous AT&T answering machine which finally broke after many years of quality service. This one is smaller than the previous one they had, taking up less counter space and they were able to learn how to use it quickly. In fact I bought one for myself whenever my answering machine breaks. Great product.

I gave it 5 stars because it suits our needs. I was hoping it came in black.

Good quality and easy instructions. Keep these machines available as not everyone wants to replace a phone with a new phone set.
