They work fine but aren't neccasarily user friendly and my patience reading the confusing instruction has been challenged. But they work for what is intended - a land line. Had to get something because AT&T reduced cell signal in my area so my AT&T cell phone is completely unreliable. Won't take calls or drops calls almost 100% of the time. So I had to get a land line up and running again. I know it's ironic that I purchased an AT&T product considering I'm spitting mad at AT&T for their extremely, extremely, extremely poor customer service - but the price was right thru Best Buy. I should clarify my last statement - AT&T has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

These phones work fine, but the instructions are very complicated and it's hard to find simple things, like how to get the list of missed calls, in the midst of setups for Blue Tooth, which I don't even know if I want. They seem to be like all the other ones, so I haven't found a better option.

It was easy to set up and really liked that a printed manual was included. Not too thrilled with the wall mount due to part of it hangs below the phone base and does not hide the power cord. Love having a talking announcement without having to get up to check incoming calls and can answer calls I want to.

These are great for traditional phones, but we bought them for the Bluetooth functionality. The volume is very poor and when using them in Bluetooth mode, they are muffled.

This definitely eliminated all the spam and robo calls!! Our phone used to ring nonstop with unwanted solicited calls but no it’s quiet and peaceful!!

We used to get about 5 scam calls a day. With the scam screening on this phone, we don't get any! I like that you can use Bluetooth with your cell phone. The only con so far is the sound could go louder on the phone and speaker.

Although our smartphone is our main number, we still get some calls on our local cable package line. Old phones died and picked this phone kit for very reasonable cost. Loaded with an amazing number of features that can complex and beyond our more basic needs. Fortunately, most can be ignored. Many of the features would useful if this phone was your main line in areas with poor cell coverage

Easy setup, user friendly. My 95 year old mother was able to access the basic features immediately. Unit has proven very reliable so far, good reception.

Love all the features on here. One of the major features is the “small call blocking”. It really helps when spammers and telemarketers call. We have it set to screen all unknown callers before it can actually ring our line. It’s an awesome feature to have since spammers have increased over the last couple of years.

Excellent product and company! The lan phones were so easy to set up. Adding on extra phones later on in the future is a great option if you choose to expand. Works great and battery life is perfect.
