I bought this for my Mom. I had spam features and an answering machine. I set the telephone to ring 6 times. It rang 2 quick chirps 3 times. She couldn’t operate the answering machine. It was not a bad phone - it just wasn’t a good fit for her. I returned the item.

Being technically challenged, I found the instructions to be very difficult to understand. The phone is working but I have not figured out how to receive some calls that are not in my directory.

The Geek Squad service to trouble shoot a phone installation for my elderly father was beyond excellent. From the initial contact to make the appointment to the actual visit the associates were kind, informed and helpful. I was contacted via email, text and phone about arrival time. The service was completed successfully and kindly. Kudos to the entire team !

Love the new phones, Not sure how to use all the features, but really like the call blocking. No more spam & nonsense calls.

so far, i like these phones nice colours and sound. also, does a lot but haven't found time to explore just yet. may need to call for assistance.
