It takes too long to get to the Directory of one's numbers. The plastic of the Handset should be of a higher quality of plastic in my opinion. I like that it blocks spam calls and unidentified calls.

use these at my nursing home for Resident rooms and they work great and are easy to sanitize without the numbers wiping off

The phone does much more than I needed, but that seems to be the reality of purchasing technology today. I found it somewhat difficult to set up ... the manual has 168 pages and I thought it somewhat unwieldy to use. Having said that, and having set up the phone to do the minimum, it works fine. Voices are clear. Would I purchase it again? Probably yes.
