Need 2 go thru multiple steps to block spam calls

Purchased for my Mom as a gift. Took off one star as hard to use the call blocking function. Have to go through multiple menus just to block a number Should just have a simple button or function to block a Spam caller to make it easier, especially for senior citizens.

Good Phone Set

I went with the same one since I had had it before. The only thing I cannot figure out is how to record my voice on the answering machine!

Only complaint I have is the instruction booklet is incomplete...does not tell you how you can retrieve your messages from another location. Display screen is bright and numbers are large. d

Great option for the home

As long as my phone is not too far away, when calls come in now, the house phone rings, so I am not missing calls. I love it.
