My only issue with the phone is that it started to constantly lose time a few weeks ago. I have to correct the time each week. It's not that big of a deal and maybe it's battery related, but I've only had a just over two months.

Setup is complicated and there is no indication that there are messages unless you look at the handset…no blinking or anything. Sound is very good but controls are hard to operate. Also the owner manual is not complete and very hard to read. Highly rated but disappointing.

I use the AT&T-2 Handset for my business phone and for the Bluetooth feature capability, due to poor cell signal quality when I am home. I like that I can use the Connect to Cell app to set up my device to send any calls to ATT headset and it works. I recommend to set up phone settings first then features.

I found the set up instructions for this model overly complicated. I wasn't able to get all the features up and running. With my previous cordless, I set up voicemail, call blocking, contact list very easily, with no need to even check the manual. For those who are more tech savvy, this phone might work well. The headset runs out of battery charge fairly quickly if it is not in the cradle. I will be returning.
