Disappointing

Sound is very good but controls are hard to operate. Also the owner manual is not complete and very hard to read. Highly rated but disappointing.

Not bad, but one issue

I have to correct the time each week. It's not that big of a deal and maybe it's battery related, but I've only had a just over two months.

AT&T 2 Handset Bluetooth System

I like that I can use the Connect to Cell app to set up my device to send any calls to ATT headset and it works. I recommend to set up phone settings first then features.

Not the AT&T I use to know

The sound is distorted, and it is hit or miss if you can call out or pick up a call with Dect6. I don't have a landline and use this in place of one. It's our back up phone in case of an emergency. I use it with a different carrier so If we lose our carrier there is a good chance we will have the ability to reach out on my Dect phone. This one is going back, I will keep looking.

Complicated set up Directions

I wasn't able to get all the features up and running. With my previous cordless, I set up voicemail, call blocking, contact list very easily, with no need to even check the manual. For those who are more tech savvy, this phone might work well. The headset runs out of battery charge fairly quickly if it is not in the cradle. I will be returning.
