This phone is Christmas for a family member. She hasn't had a phone that works correctly for some time. I am so sure that she will love this gift. I can't wait to give it to her. With the Covid we haven't been able to get together. Hoping to do that later this month.

Nice phone! It hooks up to ur crll phone too. Not sure how to use it bcuz i bought it for my 76 yr old Aunt but she likes it alot.

Purchased for the blue tooth compatibility for my elderly mother so she can use a regular phone in conjunction with her cell phone plan. This is working GREAT !

The phone itself works well, the documentation needs improvement, specifically in how to use a Bluetooth (BT) headset. The documentation covers how to pair it, but to use the headset for a call, every time you want to use it, you need to from a handset: 1) select menu, 2) scroll to "Transfer to BT Headset" 3) Transfer it. The manual doesn't describe this at all, and there does not appear to be an automatic way to do this. In addition, you have to have started the call before doing that. That being said, Apple Airpods work well as a BT headset for it.

Good phone does the trick for phone use and for taking messages, had a good value

Its a good phone for the options that it has. However, it's taking me a while to learn all the features. I have to read the manual from cover-to-cover.

I bought this for my mother and she has not had any complaints. I can hear her clearly - we both use the speakerphone on our respective phones

Works well. A little difficult to connect to existing answering system but seems reliable.

Bought this for my 89 year old mother to use in her retirement apartment as an extension. Instruction book was way too complex. Phone works well but is much more than mom needed.

Like this product very much. Was getting tired of telemarketing phone calls every day. This now allows up to 1000 blocked calls. It has already cut down on those calls.

I bought these phones for my parents. They don't like them mainly because they can't hear on them. Yes, they are both hard of hearing but the volume only goes to 6. The speaker button doesn't help. Simply, not a good fit for people who don't feel well.
