The phone itself works well, the documentation needs improvement, specifically in how to use a Bluetooth (BT) headset. The documentation covers how to pair it, but to use the headset for a call, every time you want to use it, you need to from a handset: 1) select menu, 2) scroll to "Transfer to BT Headset" 3) Transfer it. The manual doesn't describe this at all, and there does not appear to be an automatic way to do this. In addition, you have to have started the call before doing that. That being said, Apple Airpods work well as a BT headset for it.

Got this set up to replace a set that was having problems. Has an answering machine, locator and can be forwarded to cell.

Nice phone! It hooks up to ur crll phone too. Not sure how to use it bcuz i bought it for my 76 yr old Aunt but she likes it alot.

Bought this for my 89 year old mother to use in her retirement apartment as an extension. Instruction book was way too complex. Phone works well but is much more than mom needed.

Works well. A little difficult to connect to existing answering system but seems reliable.

Like this product very much. Was getting tired of telemarketing phone calls every day. This now allows up to 1000 blocked calls. It has already cut down on those calls.

If you want a wireless phone this one does the job. A decent answering machine. The only gripe is that the ringer is either loud or soft, not much variability in between.

Happy with purchase. Only would like to have longer ring times before the answering machine picks up. Right now we cant get it past 3 rings.

I made a good choice. My family is pleased and I'm satisfied. I will be back for more best buys.
