I bought these phones for my parents. They don't like them mainly because they can't hear on them. Yes, they are both hard of hearing but the volume only goes to 6. The speaker button doesn't help. Simply, not a good fit for people who don't feel well.

Just got the phones working and I really like them so far. The base is smaller than the old phone base I had, so this is a nice change. The color is pretty good and features are pretty good.

This is an excellent purchase, it blocks spam calls and only allow the calls of the people you want. Purcahsed this for my elderly mother.

The instruction booklet should have provided more detail information. Answering system was not as easy as more former phone to set up.

These phone are very impressive. We can heard very well on these. The screen is larger enough for us senior citizens to see.

Great buy for the money, but has major flaw with Smart Block feature. It blocks every incoming call, regardless of who it is. Other than that, nice phone.

Works like a phone but that's what we needed! It's right by my bed and the only people who have the number are my elderly parents.

Delayed dialing, low volume. Would not purchase again

product for the elderly. Only problem we have is unblocking calls. Haven't figured out how to unblock wanted calls coming in.

The phones were easy to set up. We have been using them with no problems. The phone directory is a great feature and very helpful. Our previous phones did not have it.

They are everything I expected. I would recommend this to other people

Very nice phones. I need landlines because my cell phones drop calls at my house with sometimes having no connection at all. So I need a reliable phone in an emergency. This set works fine and they look good too.

The phones were a little difficult to figure out. All in all they worked.

So glad we got these. We have bought AT&T phones at best buy before and they have always been good phones.
