Buttons need firm touch to work properly, a little too insensitive.

Great phone, the volume level adjustment could be improved.

Overall is good. It could be cheaper knowing many don’t use landlines.

Needed a new land line phone as ours was so old. I checked around and thought this would be the best for our needs. Had to have help from the Geek Squad to set it up, but they helped me and we are very happy with it.

Was looking for a way to use a cell phone as the primary phone service and not have to tote the device all around the house.

They work pretty good I just wish the ringtone could be turned up a little bit higher but it has nice little buttons that you can really see.

We haven't quite figured out what "home line" calls mean; and any time we try to answer there is no one there. Other than that, the phones work fine.

The phone is bad quality. I could not return it back to Best Buy because I did not take out the insurance on the phone. I figured you don't have issues really with a new phone. The features that suppose to work on the phone don't by screening your calls.

We bought this for our new business. Couldnt have found better product.

Purchased for my 86 year old mother. She uses her phone with ease and visibility of numbers is definitely a plus. Purchased in August 2020 and she hasn’t had any problems. She hasn’t used the Bluetooth features.

The phone has massive memory, able to store lots of numbers, the screen is perfectly clear, intercoms connection btwn phones for the upper floors...

This is by far the best smart phone I got from bust up, very pleased the phone performs.

The cordless phone is good - there are more features than what I need. Mainly purchased the phone for the "CALL BLOCK" feature.

It's an AT&T phone. Seems to work okay. One thing I dislike is the sound quality - it's erratic. Otherwise, it's a pretty good deal from Best Buy.

Everything is working fine with my new phone . Had not only an instructional booklet enclosed but utube instructions as well.

The buttons are bigger so it is easier for my mom who is 82, to see them. The price was good, also.
