It was easy to set up out of box. So far, the speaker volume on the handset and base is good. The black color also makes the unit look good.

You kinda need a doctorate to know how to work this phone, there are 112 pages on the "Quick Start Guide," that should be our first clue. The phone is not intuitive, the screen #'s are so weird and faint. I want to be careful and not say too many bad things about this phone because maybe all the others are worse! I don't have anything to compare too except for the one I had for 20yrs before, which was awesome. The buttons don't feel good, the ringer tones are limited to zero in options. The "5" ringer options sound almost exactly the same ... does that really mean we have options? Actually there are limited to few options for all the features. It does have capacity for blue tooth set-up, which I didn't need. I will be shopping for another phone.
