    For many years, I have only purchased AT & T phones for the quality and clarity they provided...not the case with this one! I can't say anything good about this item other than the fact that it's modern looking. You have to program everything into the phone (day, date,time, etc.) and getting it to work properly was a challenge for me. This was not because of my inability to read and follow the directions, but some other issue which took me countless phone calls and hours on the phone to resolve. The sound is not good and it doesn't ring properly either. My advice is to stay away from this model!

    These phones are large and bulky. I would have preferred something less intrusive/subtle - don't need giant numbers and bright lights on the units (need to cover the lights as they interfere with a dark bedroom).
