Unfortunately, the speaker doesn't always pick up my voice. Also, the lowest ringer setting is very loud and all the settings are pretty complicated.

Bad QC

They loved it. However in less than 6 months the second charging base isn't charging the handset. The cable shows no signs to damage and the charging base was tested in different outlets.

Bad purchase

They were having problems with the service and had to call their cable provider on several occasions only to finally realize that it was not the cable phone service but the phone itself. At times they couldn’t make calls and when u would call them they couldn’t hear you. Now I have to get them a new phone.
