I purchased this for my new home and just got it connected a couple weeks ago. Only one handset is working. Will be returning/exchanging this weekend

Not really a good product , bought this for my office and have had constant problems

The handset pad is so difficult to make a call, take time to mark the numbers for first time. Need to mark two or three times. No good for home.

Too many bells and whistles. Just want a basic phone. Male voice on the answering machine and a female announces who’s calling on incoming calls. You can’t understand the female voice at all. The phone is too complicated for what it is. Couldn’t return it fast enough.

Not happy with this phone at all. I have had trouble with the phone accepting calls, even when I programmed the number in. If the call block is turned on,it still won’t allow a programmed number through. I have been trying different things to resolve this problem and now it’s too late to return the phone. So, not happy at all!

Keys need to light up, can’t see in the dark. It does ring very loud so if you are hard of hearing this is the phone for you.

Sound quality is poor on both ends of the line. Battery doesn't last long. At times the person on the other end can't hear you. This has to be returned.

Worst phone I ever purchased and if I could trust me I want a full refund. Never been so disappointed with a cordless phone.

Phone functions okay. One handset came with bad batteries...wouldn't accept a charge. Had to buy replacements.

Disappointing on multiple levels. Bluetooth worked initially, but quit working overnight even though everything showed it was connected properly. The big Call Blocker button is horribly placed for accidental pressing, with the scroll for your saved numbers being on the circle arc above the Call Block. The speaker phone volume was also weak on both handsets.

I returned it to because I couldn't Hear the ringer although I had it the loudest

After a month one of the handset's freaked out all it does is cycle through the answering machine messages. Did all the troubleshooting and ATT answer is to send the whole thing to them and wait up to a month to get another unit back, so without a phone for a month seriously?

I did a lot of research to get a great in-home land line. This unit really fills the bill.

Set up the phones and tested it by making a few phone calls and the call quality was poor. It sounded bad on my end and sounded bad to the person I was talking to. So, I returned the phones.

these phones crackle an awful lot. buy a cell phone instead

Messages from answering system starting having static. Not recommended. This is my second AT&T phone with same problem. Going to buy a phone from a different company next time!
