Hate this phone, seriously. I could go on and on. However, I will just say look at a different model or OEM.

I usually buy Panasonic, but thought I would try AT&T. Bad idea. Not user friendly at all. Returned it and got a Panasonic - much better!

This is the ONLY device that absolutely, unconditionally, blocks all robo and marketing calls to a landline before the phone even rings. Smart Call Block can be set to play a computer-generated voice message asking unknown callers to hit # to be connected. Otherwise, the phone will not ring and they will be disconnected. I need to keep my old-school, copper wire home landline because of poor cell service, but unstoppable robo calls had forced me to turn off the ringer and send all calls to an answering machine. I had tried every call screener on the market. This is the only one that actually works. It also has excellent voice quality and range, and is easy to set up and use.

I was being driven crazy by between 10 and 12 junk calls a day. Then I bought this phone, put all my known associates' numbers in, and waited. The results are AMAZING! The phone hardly ever rings. When it does, it tells me who is calling. If they are not on my list, they are dealt with by the phone before they ever bother me. It is an amazing system! Spectrum only gave me 30 blocked calls; my old phone a few more, but this one exceeds all my expectations! It would block 1000 numbers, but it does not need to--all those horrible salesmen and nuisances have to give their names and business to the robot and so are never even put through to me! Anyone else, I clearly see their name on a screen and can answer it. My friend loves it so much that he is going to get one too! If robo calls and nuisance sales calls are getting you down, you need this phone!

Attractive, good range & sound quality but some features are difficult to access

Absolutely thrilled with this purchase. Lovely to look at and works perfectly. Sound quality and other feature the best.

To be honest, I have not used the phone a huge amount yet, but I am very pleased with how it works. I replaced an old phone whose battery constantly needed to be replaced, so the proof will be in the pudding of how much this one retains a charge. I like that the phone doesn't take up a lot of space.
