Its a real good phone for the price, and it works good.

Perfect for my needs, can play and delete messages from the phone, not just at the base.

Still learning how to use the forwarding feature. I couldn’t receive a call that was coming in to the phone line but redirected to my cell.

I had a slow learning curve but I think it is a great system, especially the smart call screening.

I had no issues with the phone. I purchased the phone to replace one that I thought was broken. Turns out the phone line had the issue not the phone, which is why I returned this phone.

They work great. We put them at our cabin and now have a phone in the bunkhouse.

The power goes out the base loses your voicemail greeting, the date, and Bluetooth pairings. Horrible design. A simple battery backup or use the power from the line would have fixed this problem. Also a pain to use with a Bluetooth headset. After pairing, I have to go through 3 menu items on handset to transfer to the Bluetooth headset for each call. What a pain! One button on the handset would have solved that. If you're willing to suffer through those 2 downsides, then the call quality and other features are good. Overall, I'm hating and returning.

The answering worked when we got it but now it doesn't work.

Compared to the Panasonic one I had before this one, I don’t like it as much. This phone doesn’t have talking caller ID, which I find useful, and and the save and delete method is a little bit tedious, I think I will just re purchase the Panasonic one.

Does not work with iPhone. Nothing on the site or box will tell you this until you buy it. Then instructions say not compatible with IOS. Also, the Bluetooth will steal your bluetooth headphone signal from your phone every time. Rendered mine useless.

Not as user friendly as an old Panasonic landline phone I had.

Buyer beware. No in box instructions. Will not hold c charge! I've bought 2 different set of batteries, which are not cheap. Because, need to support Bluetooth feature. Good luck

Too often phone just stops working, except we can hear the ring of incoming call, but nothing else, and answering machine messages are empty. Other times messages on answering machine are no longer retrievable. Other times, caller may leave message, but we cannot play it, hearing silence until we hear the message-end beep. After hours of troubleshooting, we gave up. In general, this is an overly complicated, difficult to use phone system. After 40 minutes with AT&T tech support, the solution is too unplug power to base station and unplug battery from handset. This resets the system, that is, until it stops working correctly the next time. When it became once per week, we tossed it.

annoying features- cell connections only works with android. Programming call blocking and the number of rings before answering is problematic.

I am not impressed with this phone. The speaker is horrible, you can hardly hear the person speaking. It's actually worse than the 20 year old one I was replacing.

not what i expected i threw it out in the trash will recomend at all very cheesy looking

range is greatly overrated, very complicated to use

Service great - product impossible to set up to function. No one ANYWHERE can help. Sorry - not your fault!
